Great availability of parts, great prices, quick delivery and you can sit in your shorts and order your parts at anytime of the day or night! No more running to the parts store or spending time calling parts stores for parts. You can't ask for anything better than this.

The part arrived in good condition, well packaged and on time.  
 
However, the wiring diagram and connection information which is on the back of the box was covered with part number / bar code labels. I called customer service and after a few minutes wait time I was told that they could not help me with the technical information that I needed. To Auto Parts Warehouse partial credit, they did credit my purchase for $20.00 though to offset my trouble in obtaining the information needed to properly connect it.

Ordered on Tue. night, arrived Thur. morning. Fit perfectly, works great. Nice to have a working window again. Great company, would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a catalytic converter from this company and I understand that the picture shouldn't be used to determine the part I was getting. Unfortunately, this time it did make a difference. The picture that was showing the part that I was ordering showed the complete part I needed (picture this: down pipe to flex pipe attached to the cat). What I received was JUST the cat converter. If the picture showed JUST the cat, then I would've moved on to the next correct part.  
 
Since it was "partially" my mistake, I returned the part and purchased the correct part. The return process is a nightmare! You have to request and RMA, which can take a couple of days. I then had to pay for a box because they stated NOT to send it back without the RMA number on the box and I cannot write or tape up the original box. In addition to that, if I used USPS, I had to pay for a delivery confirmation and a return confirmation which cost about $7.00 more on top of regular shipping.  
 
I was told on several occasions that I would get my restocking fee waived (noted on the account) and when I finally received my refund (MINUS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLINg) the restocking fee was taken out. I had to call and get the restocking fee back. Waste of my time since the time on hold was wayyyyy long!  
 
Next time I will definitely by from a local parts store to save me this trouble in the future.  
 
After I purchased the correct part from autopartswarehouse, that will be my last time ordering from them.

hey well i got the part but i have no idea how to cut off the shell and how are you suppose to put it in. i think you gay gave me the wrong one because there is no way it will fit. i think you arnt sending me a piece. i only got grill but not the molding that goes on grill. plz help call me so we can talk about it.
