The company is good for sales, but get ready-- if you have questions about what you purchased, GOOD LUCK. Once you place your order, the order is not cancelable -- PERIOD. I ordered a catalytic converter Bosal W0133-1712872. They did not mention that NO gaskets or nut/bolts are included as many other sellers provide. Called back and I felt as though I was speaking to people in India on all of my calls. Their "knowledgable staff" as referred to in the hold music, are hardly that at all. I delt with a bunch of idiots. There are 7 different CC's that fit my Hoda Civic EX from Bosal and they could not tell me, and WOULD NOT tell me which Bosal part I ordered. This was a call that I placed 5 MINUTES after I ordered. So? I asked them to cancel my order. "Sorry Sir. That is impossible, your order has already processed and payment posted." These people screw you around like no other outfit I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered 1 pair of front and rear rotors for my car and a set of rear brake pads. They sent the items in 3 spearate boxes via ups. I got 2 boxes, rear pad set and 2 rear rotors. The 3rd packaged was missing or discarded by ups when i checked the tracking number. Im been contacting auto part warehouse, so i should be getting a refund soon. Ill update on the progress. The parts looks fine, but I will need to get it install and tell you guys about that too. Customer service isnt that helpful.
Update: Still didnt get refund they keep saying to wait 24-48 hours..service sucks... This review was modified by its author, jeffhirk, on

I ordered a set of front brake pads and a set of rear brake pads from this company. At first the front brake pads came in a box, but i thought both sets were in the box. A few days later I get a random paypal notification saying ive been refunded an amount. I have yet to test the product and will post it after a few thousand miles.
Little did I know these were the rear brake pads that never came. Not really much communication between the company and I, but at least i didnt have to complain to them. This review was modified by its author, tylerw2239, on

Autopartswarehouse aka the Parts bin, Auto Parts Network, usauroparts.com, and many other names. I ordered parts from the Parts Bin and Autopartswarehouse shipped the items.
Never again. You get less than what you pay for at autopartswarehouse. This is about the 5th time that I ordered parts form this outfit, previously without a problem.
This time the part descriptions, that I purchased for 2 different sets of brake rotors, clearly stated made in US, Canada, or Japan. I even web chatted on the site and the lady replied that the rotors were made in the US. When the rotors arrived, they were in boxes that stated, Made in China. I believe that this is false advertising. My last rotors were made in China, and lasted less than one month. I do not want any more auto parts or anything else for that matter, made in china.
I called APW, aka, the Parts Bin, among other names. The Customer service recorded phone message mentioned that their goal is "100% customer satisfaction", right. The gal in Customer service said they would email me an RA. She would not answer the question whether I had to pay for return shipping, even after repeated inquires. Have not received the RA or any other info for two weeks. Ive noticed that most good vendors reply to customer problems on this website. Try to find a reply from APW here. There are many reputable auto parts vendors on the web, stay away from this place.

AWFULL compnay to deal with. Unfortunately I didn't check resellerratings.com first. Placed the order one week ago, called them today to check on it, and was told, it has not shipped, and that they don't know when it's gonna ship or if it's even in stock. They refused to cancel my order (this was NOT a custom/special order). I already filed a dispute with AMEX and this is going to the BBB.

Ordered a pair of Koni shocks, paid through paypal. Site says they are in stock. After a week and not receiving anything, I noticed that they refunded my money without an email or anything. I called them and they said it is out of stock. When I asked them when it would be back in stock they just said call their 800 number and check later.

Was pleased with my experience.
I tried checking status via the automated option on their page, but it didn't recognize my order #.
I then used the "live support" option to get information on the order and was supplied with all the information I was after promptly.
I didn't receive a tracking # until AFTER it was shipped and delivered, oddly enough.
Everything arrived timely and even sooner than "estimated".
And, prices were right!
Free shipping and $10 off was a nice bonus too.

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. I placed an order for an oxygen sensor and never received an invoice or email confirmation or anything. My card wasn't charged, either, so I called them and talked to some Indian guy and he said that they didn't have anything on record for me.
Before reordering the part, I called my bank and asked them if they saw anything on my account for it and they said no, and said I could probably just reorder it. So I reordered the part and checked my account balance minutes later to see that double the amount had been withdrawn. I called Auto Parts Warehouse and told them to cancel one of the orders and they more or less told me, "no." Their advice was to just refuse one of the packages and eventually I'll be refunded. I'm in the process of working with my bank to deny them access to my account for one of those orders.
Update: They ended up refunding me for the second purchase a week or so after it was made. Apparently the reason I never saw an email invoice was because Gmail thought it was spam, so that's sort of my fault for not checking. It took 11 days to receive the part, and the package was smashed on one side and had been taped shut because it had previously been opened. As long as it works, I'm just happy I was able to get that refund. This review was modified by its author, Rasputin1472, on

It's my first time to buy online. I had a lot of hesitations at first, like would my order be delivered, would my transaction be successful, would my credit card account be safe from fraud.
I visited the site autopartswarehouse.com -- result from google search -- and hoped this site can be trusted.
Gratefully, I received my Volvo S70 tail light on time. It cost me minimal. No defects! Lesser hassles.

I do most of my buying transactions over the Internet. I find it more convenient especially with regards to time. I'm refrained from almost all the hassles compared to going directly to the shops.
Though I've been doing this for such a time already, I still notice setbacks from doing transactions in the net.
Just recently I tried to purchase an auto part from autopartswarehouse.com -- thinking it will be less cumbersome going to an auto shop, pick-up the part, spend for gasoline, waste hours going there and back home.
I can say I'm a satisfied customer. It was nice doing business with them. It was easier, in short, a good online shopping experience. I received my order on time without any defect (unlike from other dealers/retailers). Another good thing about them is the discount they give.

Ordered brembo discs and EBC pads. Received discs then waited 2 days for the pads. Asked autopartswarehouse.com why the pads haven't come yet only to find out they are out of stock and were taken off the order and were never shipped and never billed.

Man, why did I not look here before ordering from this store?!?
I was looking for front brake pads for my 2005 Acura TL, with manual transmission. 90% of the pads out there are designed for the automatic transmission, so before I ordered, I used the live chat to verify that the part I was ordering was for the MANUAL transmission.
So I dropped off the car today at my mechanic with new rotors (bought elsewhere) and pads. An hour later, I get a call that the pads don't fit. And the old pads are bad, so they won't leave the new rotors on with the old pads. So my options are to buy the OEM pads from the garage (at 3 times the price of these pads, and I don't like those pads anyway), or pay $50 for the labor to take off the new rotors and put on the old rotors and old pads.
I called autopartswarehouse after talking to my mechanic and they confirmed again that these pads are made for the manual transmission. After this, I called TireRack and asked them about the pads. They looked through their catalog and told me that this manufacturer DOES NOT make pads for the manual transmission at all!!!
So now I'm out $50 thanks to this bad information. And after calling back for an RMA number, I get the feeling that I'll have to pay for the return shipping on these parts. If so, I'll have to have a chat with my credit card company to see how to get all my money back (minus the $50 that I'll still be out thanks to autopartswarehouse!)
UPDATE 9-24
I've been asking for an RMA for two weeks. I have been asked 4 different times why I am returning this part. I've responded to each in both email and on the phone. I received the same email again today, so I called up and explained the entire situation again, to what I believe was manager. She told me that I'd get an RMA number and they would pay for shipping. I finally received my RMA number, but it says I have to pay for shipping. I've sent them one last email to get them to pay for shipping. If they say no, or I don't hear back, then my next call is to my credit card company. This review was modified by its author, tkouhsari, on
