"As I am writing this I have been waiting on hold with Autopartsdealer.com for 1 hour and 56 minutes and have been first inline the entire time!I ordered EBC brakes for my car on Feb 28th. The estimated ship date was 3/1/2011. I have called a couple of times and they said they were waiting on the manufacturer and each time gave me an estimated date of the end of the following month. The last I talked to them they said I should get them at the end of June. I took it upon my self to contact EBC only to find out my pads have never been produced. Now that I have that info I can't even contact AutoPartsdealer.com to have them refund my money! Nice scam they have going. I'm hopeful American express can refund my money. Ok now it's 2 hours and 3 minutes that I have been on hold and first in line!"
"I ordered a spare tire. Six weeks later and I still haven't received the item. Their customer service will give NO answers regarding the order.... They either put you on hold forever until you hang up or transfer you to a voicemail where no one returns the call. Then they denied my request for a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. STAY AWAY from this ripoff company."
"I ordered XRC Rear corners from my jeep and received them in a timely fashion. I was impressed with the way shipping went and the part that I received, so I decided to order the 3 inch flares frothem. I ordered the part on 5/16/2011 and received an email saying the estimated shipping date would be 5/18/2011, and that is when they took the money out of my account. Its 6/16/2011 and I have received nothing from them. I will be calling them again today to find out what is going on. Last time I spoke with someone, the customer rep, she said they were out of stock and transferred me, after an hour of waiting on hold they hung up on me. The item that was purchased is still showing in stock on there website and that it ships next business day."
"I ordered a set of step bars from this company over two months ago. First set arrived in a decent time, about two weeks. Not great, but not terrible as it came from California to Kentucky via ground shipping.I opened the box (wasn't home when it was dropped) to find the bars dented and vital hardware missing.I immediately tried to call the company but got no answer and the voicemail box said it was full. I contacted them via email and got a response in a few days asking for pictures and saying it could take 31 business days to handle the problem. In the meantime I was also in contact with the part manufacturer. After a month of back and forth I finally got a new set shipped to me and the dented set picked up. The new ones were dented also.This was nearly a month ago, and I have requested a refund. I would give anything to have placed this order via credit card so I could dispute through them. My fourth email came back with a message that I have been placed on a block list! No response whatsoever and I don't have anything to show for all this.I called today and talked to a girl who claims her name is Lenny, and she says the same guy who blocked my emails is the only person who can possibly approve a refund. However he is on vacation and won't be back for a week.Such bullcrap. I guess they have no interest in repeat customers. Do not buy from them unless you use a credit card and can cancel the order when they decide to cut off communication with you as well."

After 2 month they said that availability is unknown and they will not cancel order or refund. Had to contact my credit card company to return money. Don't buy form them if you don't want to loose money."

"I am VERY unhappy with their service. I ordered two Simpson carseats April 4, 2011 and was told they would be delivered within a week. After about 3 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes for them to tell me they had ordered 4 on accident and didn't know when it would be fixed. After another 2 weeks I called and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes again so that I could cancel my order and to this day being over 2 months later I still haven't gotten my money back. DON'T use that company..I think it's a scam!"
"Horrible customer service! Order a tow bar plate for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on May 17, 2011. My credit card was charged the next day with an estimated ship date of May 19, 2011. Well it is now June 2nd and I have yet to receive my item and have tried to call the company numerous times and have sat on hold for over an hour several times without ever talking to anyone. The automated message states to press 1 if you would like to leave a message and get a call back but when you do this it says their voicemail is full and sends you back to hold. I have also sent the company emails to which I have received no responses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!!!"
"Ordered a seat from this company claiming it was in stock and ready to ship. After placing the order the estimate ship date was 2 weeks later. Not real happy but whatever I didn't need the seat until a month later. 3 weeks later there was still no update on shipment so I called. I was infomed then that the item was still on a backorder and would not be shipping until 3 weeks later at best. Asked to cancel the order and had to be transfered to another department. Waiting on the phone for 15 min when it started ringing. Then it said person at ext ... is unavailable please call back later. Crapping customer service and horrible shipping times."

"Ordered door panels for 1972 nova on 05/06 with a ESD of 05/10. My bank account was charged for the full amount on 05/09. Received email on 05/17 stating shipping date 05/27.
