When I opened the boxes, there were parts that were not shipped. These included parts that were just not included as well as parts that were supposed to be in the box but were not. I own 9 cars, and purchase parts monthly. I purchase a lot at RockAuto. AutoPartsEXPRESS prices were better, but if you don\u0027t get the parts-who cares?<br>I called the company twice, and you are told to send an email. Even if you want to purchase parts! I\u0027ve called RockAuto many times, at odd hours even, and there is always someone to answer the phone and resolve an issue.<br>As of this moment an email was sent to me stating the missing parts are being shipped. However, how? when? Doubt they\u0027ll get here when needed for the weekend work planned.<br><br>Would I buy from again? Maybe. Depends on how they resolve this issue. If they ship overnight on their dime and make good on their mistake, probably. If not, and it takes 10 days for the parts to get here, no, I won\u0027t. <br><br>Mistakes happen.
