"There was a problem with the system and i got charged 5 times for the order and it was still not shipped right away. I tried to call every number i found but was never able to speak with a person about the issue. Only email which ended up solving the issue but it took a few days to do so. When a problem like that happens email is not sufficient. Customers should be able to speak with a person to get the matter resolved immediately. "
