"a very pleasant experience indeed, the watch was sent to the uk and arrived within a week and was able to track all the way. the watch is just pure class and their prices are excellent"
"Great price on my new watch and free shipping"
"BEWARE!! Only those whos watches havent stopped YET rate them highly. After 2 years my TAG wasn't keeping time. AuthenticWatches.com gave me the run-around with unnecessary battery changes and then claimed the watch needed an overhaul which wasn't covered by the warranty and would cost me $260 for a watch that cost $670. They sold me a faulty watch with a worthless warranty and it’s now cost me more than if I had of gone to the shop down the road. BEWARE of the overhaul clause in their warranty which renders it worthless!!!!!!"
"Don't ever buy from this company..I placed an order and decided to cancel it after 20 minutes, called them to cancel. But their customer lied about the watch was only in processing and they need to charge the stocking fee, what a joke! They don't know how to take care the customers first and just try to rip your money.they insisted they will charge the restocking fee, I was so unhappy with their customers, if they are nice, I would purchased without canceling it, but their attitude was bad so I decided to cancel it. "I guess if you are lucky enough to receive a watch that works and your experience with Authentic Watches ends there, you would be happy with your service. It seems that most of the problems lie with shoddy merchandise that this dodgy seller does not stand behind. I ordered a Cartier Tank Francaise, it retails for $4700 and their price was $3755. It was shipped on Friday and I received it Saturday night. I set the correct time and removed their "not returnable if removed"; tag. I did not intend to return it. I had to wait to have it sized as it was far too big so I couldn't wear it, but I noticed that it didn't seem to be keeping time. Sunday morning it was several hours off, and after resetting the time again and again, this kept happening. Monday I called Authentic Watches. I was told that they could repair it but refused to pay for shipping because I was in Canada. After paying so much money for this watch, I was furious at this - they sell me something that does not work out of the box and then inconvenience me AND expect me to pay for shipping? Ridiculous. I was then told that it left their warehouse in perfect working order and they did not know what I had done with the watch. This insinuation is incredible - that I would immediately break a $4k watch just for the pleasure of dealing with their awful customer service? After this I decided they were completely shady and did not want to keep the watch from them - I have no trust in them or their merchandise. I told them I wanted a refund. Not possible, as their tag had been removed so it is considered a used watch. So that"s their moral line - they are fine with shipping a watch that does not work but will not accept a return because their two cent tag is removed in good faith, in the expectation that the watch would work as it is supposed to. I told them I did not want a repair on an obviously faulty watch, having read reviews on here from people who were still stuck with a watch that stopped working soon after initial repair. No, that is considered an exchange, and they can't do that because of the tag. I have never received such awful customer service and am stuck with a watch that is shady to say the least. Even if I get it fixed with them, it should never have happened. I have a Cartier watch from an authorized dealer that I have never had a problem with. These watches generally don't have problems - so why so many issues with watches from this seller? They clearly don't care about repeat business or service recovery and I will be reporting them to whoever I can. Bottom line is that saving $1k led me to lose $4k on a watch that I have a super bad taste in my mouth about. I will never, ever do business with these people again. The worst."
"Terrible. Worst online shopping experience EVER. Bought a watch from them. Broken out of the box. Company gave me the run around about a replacement. Finally got them to work with me and now they are trying to say that I damaged the watch. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. My credit card company fraud dept is now investigating them. Dont waste your money."
"I bought a Tag from Authentic Watches a really long time ago - in 2005, to be precise. That said, I decided to leave a review for them today on account of some EXCELLENT customer service I received from them recently (a special shout-out to customer service agent Bella). Here's the story. Back in 2005, when I bought the watch, the entire buying process went off without a hitch. I got a great watch at a great price, and shipping was really quick too. Overall I was really satisfied with my experience. Recently, about 4-5 weeks ago, the watch in question was stolen from my home during a move. The thief took the watch, the invoice and the certificate of authenticity along with him. To even have the remotest chance of recovering my watch, I needed the serial number of the watch - and thanks to the documents the thief took with him, I didn't have this info. So with almost no hopes for an answer, I wrote to the sales team at Authentic Watches to see if they had this info somewhere on file. Remember, I bought this watch from them over SEVEN years ago! To my surprise, customer service agent Bella responded within 12 hours with the serial number of my watch. Unbelievable! I cant imagine getting this level of service, and at this speed, even from a brick-and-mortar store! Long story short, given how quickly I noticed that my watch was missing, and was able to provide the police with the required info (thanks to Authentic Watches), we were able to recover my watch from the thief. Yay!Given my experience above, I thought I should leave Authentic Watches a super-positive review - because they not only deserve it, but they actually earned it."
"Would never buy from them again. This company has no clue about customer service. There return and shipping policies are unclear making it difficult for anyone to actually know what they have agreed to."
"Very much enjoyed my experience with Authentic Watches. They had the watch I was looking for and the price was better than I found elsewhere. The product arrived in the time expected and was in the original packaging and new as advertised. I will look to them first when purchasing a watch in the future."
"Very quickly and at the lowest price! Next time I again will choose this store."
"Took a chance to buy from an expensive watch from them. Completely regret it. Rude and brash customer service when I called to return the watch. Quoted me 20% restocking fee (their website says 10%) because I removed a tag that said "do not remove" that I thought was from the manufacturer, but later found out was from Authenticwatches (there was no indication that it was from Authenticwatches since there was no marking. I would've kept it on to be safe, but their website says "if you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 30 calendar days").The manager, named Peter, justified his combative tone by saying he's a very realistic and straight forward person. Great, you can be like that to your suppliers and your employees, but some advice from another businessman: Don't talk to your customers like that.To consumers: Watch out. This company does not genuinely care about customer service. I suggest they change their wording, which currently says "our main concern at AuthenticWatches.com is to provide prompt and quality customer service", which is completely disingenuousAlso, if you decide to buy from them, read the fine print to their return policy very carefully. It's written in a way (I suspect) to confuse the customer. It's a classic ploy:The return policy starts by saying "If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 30 calendar days", which makes the return seem flexible. But if you read past the long first paragraph and go into the second paragraph, buried and obscured within the block of text is the note that in order to return the item without incurring an additional 10% restocking fee (an additional $180 dollars in my case), the condition is that "tags and protective stickers have not been removed""
"Amazing price with free overnight shipping. Very happy with the ease of buying my watch. Thanks guys!"
"I'd be more than happy to give a good review for good service. But I also won't hesitate to give a bad review for bad service. Fortunately, I had a really good experience with AuthenticWatches. I ordered an Oris BC3 Sportsman and the watch arrived next day. This is coast to coast (California to New Jersey). I would recommend them if you're looking to save some money. Now there is one warning I will give: They are not an authorized dealer for Oris so if my watch is defective, I can't rate the repair service. I'm new to buying middle-higher end watches, so I didn't know that if you buy from a non authorized dealer, you don't get the manufacturer's warranty. This isn't the case with electronic products. Anyway, to make up for that fact...Authenticwatches offers a 3 year warranty (which is actually 1 year longer than Oris' 2 year warranty). They say that their service is better or just as good as manufacturer's service but hopefully I won't have to experience that. If the buying experience is an indication, then I'm not worried."
"100% happy!! Beautiful Tag Heur watch for almost half the retail price :) plus they delivered it fast (within a week) and that was from the US all the way to Australia. Perfect condition, couldn't ask for more.At one point I enquired about the waranty by email and I got a quick response on the same day- great customer service!Would definately buy from them again!"
"AWESOME! Bought a brand new TAG Heuer limited edition and love it. Best price and had it the next day. "
