"Although Klipsch fell through on the delivery of my speakers to Audioholics, I'm not upset at all with the quick responses to my emails. I have sent two emails and each received a response within the hour. My order will be shipped tomorrow minus one rear speaker, which is on back order for another week or two. As long as Audioholics keeps in touch about the missing speaker my expectations are met. Although my 5.1 won't be up and running when I would like it to be, I will at least get to break in the towers, sub, and center while I wait."
"Web page said the ZVOX would ship within two business days. This was not true. You claim to have send me an email that there would be at least a 2 week delay. I did not get the email. I called to find out and was told about the delay and that the web page would be updated (I just checked and it has not been updated). I then sent an email and got no response. Contacting you via the web page did get some results. And it appears email is working. Talking to your representative on the phone is hard on the ears. Her voice is extremely amplified to the point of distortion and the back ground noise is disturbing. I might feel better if the ZVOX arrives next week."
"The C10BLK power filter and surge protection is just what I needed for my home video theatre and the price can't be beat. Order placement could be faster but once completed delivery took one day from PA to MD. ;"

"Order #100004684 (placed on February 19, 2013 5:10:53 PM EST) the delivery take some time than expected but the product was perfect in excellent condition Two Polk speakers OWM5 white."
"Placed an order on the weekend for the Cinavia-free Oppo BDP-95 after doing a Google products search, as they were the lowest price. Got a voice mail on Monday, "Please call us back." That's never a good sign when buying audio equipment from a dealer you've never bought from before. Called back, was put on hold for several minutes, then received a prompt, "please leave a message." Left a message. Called back again after 10 minutes, and got an answer. When asked what the problem was with my order, they stated, "We no longer have any available." They offered the Oppo BDP-105 instead, which is unacceptable, as that model is Cinavia crippled and won't work for my purposes. That is why I specifically searched and targeted the BDP-95.
After all that, the Oppo BDP-95 I ordered continues to be shown as available on their website, listed as available in 3-4 days.
Wasted my time, will waste the next person's time as well. "
