" I ordered some speakers just to find out weeks later (after I approached them) that were backordered. Over a month has passed, my credit card was charged and still haven't received any information when I should expect to receive them. Communication hasn't been the greatest, I've been calling, emailing and sending messages thru facebook to get their attention. I got attracted to do business with them cause of their good prices. However, they don't seem to have the items they list for sale. "

"I thought when I ordered my speakers, this would be an easy process, but the date that my speakers would get shipped keeps getting pushed back, they were supposed to ship at the beginning of this week and the site still shows eta late february. The back order did not even show on the site when I placed my order, although they claim it did, but for some reason they felt it was necessary to call and let me know they were back ordered, probably because they found out after my order. I have asked to speak to some in leadership multiple times now and I feel like the request is completely ignored, the service I have recieved is subpar at best. I understand products on back order, but I prefer not to keep getting different dates and having to reschedule time to have the speakers installed. Also it would be nice if they would offer a comparable alternative for the same price, I&amp;#039;d be willing to at least entertain the idea if it would get me my items. I will honestly do everything I can to keep anybody I know from ever purchasing from this company, the service has made me sick and I can&amp;#039;t wait until I finally have my speakers and never have to deal with this sorry excuse for service again!"
"A little bit of drama due to some delivery issues, but items did arrive in good condition.Seller does not carry items, they were shipped factory direct, so these are 3rd party transactions. It makes communication a bit difficult when issues arrive, like I had with shipping."
