"I ordered a modded KingRex T20u plus PSU from AudioMAgus some 9 months ago. After not hearing from them, I contacted KingRex directly. I received exemplary customer service by KingRex's Christine Wu who took the matter seriously. As you all might know by now Obad Imports stepped in and offered to fulfill outstanding orders.
The final result is that, albeit not a modded version, the standard T20U is playing happily in my office right now.
I think it's only fair to mention that both KingRex and Obad Imports deserve credit for efforts! They have turned something that could have been a very bad experience into one that restored my trust in people who still respect good business practices.
Since Obad Imports owns AudioMagus, I would recommend purchasing again."
"Shipped 3 days after order, after prompting email quizzing on status. I think this is a small trader, and it may have been an anomaly. Otherwise, fine. Shipped cheaply with USPS, which as usual was rapid - across the country over the weekend."
"I just wanted to write a quick review of my experiences ordering from Audio Magus in December of 2010. The good: - one of the products I wanted was being upgraded to a newer version. Audio Magus offered me the newer version at the price of the older version (a $150 difference). The bad: - my order took two weeks longer than expected. When I contacted Audio Magus about my order, they delayed in responding, which made me nervous. In the end, the product arrived. I wish I had been able to get it with out worrying."
"I ordered a set of Multi-Contact LS4 banana plugs from Audio Magus. This was my first order, but when I put a single set in my cart the cheapest shipping option was over $12 when the tiny, light plugs were only $16 themselves. I contacted Audio Magus and received a quick response saying they would unlock the USPS First Class shipping option, but with that came a sob story about how their shipping rates include handling fees. This is understandable, however First class was still $7.68. I ordered anyway since they have the market cornered on this particular product. They did not ship until 1.14.09, 5 days later and what I received was a plain envelope with a 42cent stamp on it. The addresses were hand written, rather sloppily. I emailed them once again on the 17th to try to rectify the situation because there is no way I am willing to pay $7.68 for shipping that cost a maximum of .68cents envelope included. The least they could have done was put the bananas in a small box or padded envelope so they would not be damaged. I have yet to receive any indication one way or the other from Audio Magus, again it has been 6 days now so I write this to warn others."
"I placed an order for a new headphone amplifier in early January 2009. After waiting one month, I inquired with the vendor who had not provided any update regarding my order status--but had already charged me for the purchase. The vendor apologized for the delayed and stated that the product should ship any day. Well, of course, I'm still waiting another month later. To me, the major issue is that the vendor began pre-selling the item four to five months in advance of its actual availability (from China, naturally). Next step is to file a complaint with my credit card company."
"Placed order and waited 1.5 weeks and no additional communication. Went on their website and used their live help and asked the rep what the status of my order was and he said someone else would call me that day with status. That never happened. A few days later I emailed them and never heard back. Got back on live help and same thing happened. 2-3 weeks from when I placed the order my item arrived. Item was shipped USPS, not the Fedex home delivery which was the cheapest shipping item. This is rediculous given the fact I paid $17.06 for shipping and they ship it USPS with a stated shipping cost of $9. Would not order from them again."
"The worst experience I've ever had buying anything on the Internet, bar none. Its been almost 6 months now since my order and I still don't have the merchandise. If this company still exists (they no longer seem to answer their phones or return calls or emails) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. "

"Do not buy from these guys. I,along with a friend have not received any product and he has been waiting for three months. Nor will they respond to email inquiries about the order. As soon as thirty days have passed from the order date, I will have my bank refund the charge to my card. These guys are not legit. Kent"
