"I ordered speakers from this vendor almost three months ago. They were never shipped, so they have basically stolen my money. Just before the 45-day limit on PayPal disputes, I was told I'd get the tracking number for the shipment within two days, which, of course, never arrived. They have not responded to numerous e-mails or phone messages over the last six weeks -- not a single communication. Unfortunately, now I have to take the time to file a police report and decide about smail claims court. You decide if that is the kind of vendor you want to work with."

"DON'T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. I recently ordered a preamp from this vendor. They said it would be shipped out in a day or so. After 3 weeks of waiting, the unit still hasn't arrived. The worst is that there is absolutely NO communication. I could not reach them by phone, email, etc. Finally, i requested a chargeback from my cc."

"I just wanted to write a quick review of my experiences ordering from Audio Magus in December of 2010.
The good:
- one of the products I wanted was being upgraded to a newer version. Audio Magus offered me the newer version at the price of the older version (a $150 difference).
The bad:
- my order took two weeks longer than expected. When I contacted Audio Magus about my order, they delayed in responding, which made me nervous. In the end, the product arrived. I wish I had been able to get it with out worrying."

"I ordered a modded KingRex T20u plus PSU from AudioMAgus some 9 months ago. After not hearing from them, I contacted KingRex directly. I received exemplary customer service by KingRex's Christine Wu who took the matter seriously. As you all might know by now Obad Imports stepped in and offered to fulfill outstanding orders.

The final result is that, albeit not a modded version, the standard T20U is playing happily in my office right now.

I think it's only fair to mention that both KingRex and Obad Imports deserve credit for efforts! They have turned something that could have been a very bad experience into one that restored my trust in people who still respect good business practices.

Since Obad Imports owns AudioMagus, I would recommend purchasing again."

"It was a nightmare to deal with Audiomagus. I ordered an audio device (Amod DAC $300+) from them on 1/1/2009 and finally received the product on 2/23/2009. In April 2009, the product went dead (no sound output w/o any abuse). I sent it back on 04/27/2009 after getting approval from Audiomagus and have not heard back from them since. Horrible communication. They may or may not reply your email at all. When they do, it could take over 1 week to get a reply, they may not reply at all. Asked them why the delay for sending out the order, was given the following ansers:1) snow weather 2) waiting for part-TXCO 3) waiting for part--back plate. They will charge you right away after order and let you wait more than a month for your order’s “parts”; when you do not have the parts ready, why take order and charge cutomer? After shipping the defective product, I was told that they “are in buyout by the other company….wait for 2 weeks….” Now waaaaaay after 2 weeks, still no reply. "

"I ordered a PSU from these guys several weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Afterreading all the problem posts on the internet abut them I initiated a charge back through AMEX and got my money back from them. I found the same item from Obad Imports who shipped the next day. Check them out if you want any KingRex items. They were stellar to deal with!"

"Do not buy from these guys. I,along with a friend have not received any product and he has been waiting for three months. Nor will they respond to email inquiries about the order. As soon as thirty days have passed from the order date, I will have my bank refund the charge to my card. These guys are not legit. Kent"

"The worst experience I've ever had buying anything on the Internet, bar none. Its been almost 6 months now since my order and I still don't have the merchandise. If this company still exists (they no longer seem to answer their phones or return calls or emails) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

"Placed order and waited 1.5 weeks and no additional communication. Went on their website and used their live help and asked the rep what the status of my order was and he said someone else would call me that day with status. That never happened. A few days later I emailed them and never heard back. Got back on live help and same thing happened. 2-3 weeks from when I placed the order my item arrived. Item was shipped USPS, not the Fedex home delivery which was the cheapest shipping item. This is rediculous given the fact I paid $17.06 for shipping and they ship it USPS with a stated shipping cost of $9. Would not order from them again."
