"ok i ordered the item 6 days ago, 3-7 day shipping, on my sony psp 1000, didnt ship out untill today, and now there telling me 5 more days of processing than i will probably get it in 12 days from now, im very upset, this is unexeceptable, it will total 16 days, they should call it 16 day shipping if they are going to do that, i continually have to email them because they are short, and unclear with me, i am dissapointed that i wont be getting my psp for 2 more weeks, very unprofessional."

"They are very helpful with your order, and provide a tracking number right when they ship it.

Their website is very high quality, it is easy to find what you want and is very deatiled.

They use EMS Speedpost via Air to get your unit to the USA if the unit is coming from Japan and then the unit is delivered as USPS Express Mail inside USA. This method of shipping is VERY fast, i placed my order very late at night on the 26th and my order arrived before 11am on the 31st.

I have no complaints at all about them and will probably buy many things from them in the future."

"Excellent prices, horrible customer service. Ordered a white PSP on Oct 1, recieved it the 14th. My credit card was billed almost immediately, but was held in 'processing' for 10 days. Site claims 'Ships in 1-3 days'. Only until I e-mailed did they decide to ship. Site claims emails answered in 24-48 hours, but recieved reply only in 96 hours. Would not deal with again."

"I purchased the sony dsc-h1 digital camera from this site with my credit card. The price was $399 no tax and $9 shippping. Pretty good. I placed the order on
September 14. "USUALLY SHIPS 3-5 DAYS". I had hoped to get my camera on or a little after the 22nd because that was my birthday. Unfortunatly, that didn't happen. I had email'd them, they appologized, and said they would foward this to the opperations manager to speed things up. Today is September 30. I had got a message stating it is leaving October 1st. I've checked the site recently and also noticed the same camera had gone up $100 ($499). I've read lots of good reviews on audiocubes.com some saying "the site is easy to navigate through" or the "quality of products match the great prices" which are all very true. When it comes to expecting delivery times, my opinion, don't count on it. Maby if there was a little more communication, better response time, I probably wouldn't be so bitter. At least it was a good price. Hopefully when the camera does get here, its all in one piece, or I'll be writing another review on here. d(0-0*)b

*UPDATE* OCT. 22,2005
So after many forum posts and replies, I found out that my camera is only in JAPANESE! Audiocubes website says

"Are products carried by Audio Cubes Japanese models? Will I be able to operate them?"

All of the products we carried are Japanese domestic models unless stated otherwise. While some of our products such as headphones and earphones are fairly intuitive (plug and play) to use, all of our Japanese electronic products operate through English interface (some with English operation manuals). We do not sell products that our customers cannot use (operation will not involve any knowledge of Japanese).

Well, I guess I'm going to have to translate the menu on my camera on my own because audiocubes just said

"I am sorry that all our manuals are in Japanese,

however, you may try asking the question in our Discussion Forum;
http://www.minidisct.com/forum/index.php, and someone may give you
some
advice.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience."

So, unless you know Japanese, don't buy a digital camera from here.

"I ordered JVC dolby headphone adapter from audiocubes. Despite the website says that they're ready to ship within 1-3 days, they actually shipped after 7 days passed. I had to write an email to them asking why they hadn't shipped after 3 days. They took 2 days to reply my email and said they would forward my order to the operation manager to speed up. And that took a few more days until they shipped.

Be forewarned. Their price and shipping are among the best deal online but don't expect them to keep their promise. Customer support is very poor."

"Placed order on May 10th. Received no communication from the company on order status. Today -- May 21st -- discovered that the product shipped from Japan on May 19th. Why the 9 day delay on shipment? Why wasn't I informed of the delay? E-mail inquiries were ignored. I would not rate this merchant as either reliable or communicative. I still don't know if or when the product will arrive."

"I placed my order with audiocubes on Friday and recieved my Sony rm-mc11el on wed. Not only was the service fast, the tracking of my shipment was without hassle. The remote which I'm using on a Sony mz-n505 minidisc recorder works superb. The functions are easy and there haven't been any problems with it. I found the best price money can buy at audiocubes after researching several other websites that featured the same model for far more than what I paid. I give audiocubes a 10 out of 10. Will definitely buy from them again."

"These guys are very good, fast shipping, and carried the headphones I wanted, the Sharp MD-33S. Well, a month later, the wire ripped, in which they easily replaced it for me, but one week later... Least they are fixed... This store is great!"
