It is a shame that AudioCubes fail to commit to there promisses. I made this order and up to now I did not recieve it , or even better it is not shipped yet. I send them a mail last week thurs day and they prommised it will be shipped on Friday or the latest monday. I just wonder why they do not send a simple mail where they clarify this delay. Conclusion the text Express Mail: 4-7 Day Delivery (US 4-7 Day, World 4-10 Day delivery.) shpould be removed from there site if they do not commit to it.

I had searched and searched all over the web and then I found it! AudioCubes had the Saga Dream Smile Robot Cat! I actually had found someone selling it on ebay but it was more expensive and there wasn't a choice between white or grey and I wanted grey. They were great with communication. When my cat arrived it was in great shape and everything they had said it would be! I love AudioCubes!

Have to say that even though I was bit hesitant with placing the order... at the end I'm extremely impressed with the service you provide! I placed my order on the 25th of August and today (1st of September) I got the item delivered! I ordered JVC dolby headphone adapter from audiocubes. Despite the website says that they're ready to ship within 1-3 days, they actually shipped after 7 days passed. I had to write an email to them asking why they hadn't shipped after 3 days. They took 2 days to reply my email and said they would forward my order to the operation manager to speed up. And that took a few more days until they shipped.  
 
Be forewarned. Their price and shipping are among the best deal online but don't expect them to keep their promise. Customer support is very poor.

I am a buyer from Thailand. I bought Jays q-jays from Audiocubes. This company has a very good services in terms of communication and a very smooth transaction. If the company can improve the order processing time, it would be great. Price is reasonable, shipped the item fast, great seller!!

I was hesitant at first about ordering the Audio-Technica ATH-CK7 earphones from Audio Cubes since it is shipped from Japan. But Audio Cubes had the best price ($69) of all the online sellers, and shipping was only $7.00. Within less than a week, I received my earphones. Tracking info was provided so I knew when the earphones had left Japan, and when it was received by US Customs. Fantastic service, great set of earphones. According to reviews that I read, these earphones are highly rated, with most sites offering them for $100 or more. Audio Cubes is a great online seller. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Additional comments on the /stax SR001 MKII, after a month of listening to this earspeaker, the result is better than great! it really light weight and seem to disappear while you wear. The quality of the product is very good. The whole package with the amplifier with 2 AA battery last 4-5 hour easily without the noticable dropped of sond quality which is better than what I thought in the begining.

I placed on order online 5/17/07 for a set of audio-technica ATH-A500 headphones. Website was easy enough to deal with and I felt confident once I had placed the order. Knowing they were shipping out of Japan was a bit worrisome but a couple of reviews I had read slighted my fear. With near shock I signed for my package on 5/22/07. Everything about my experience was great including the quick delivery! Japan....wow! I buy domestically from other vendors and wait longer than that for receipt of goods. I would definitely buy from this company again! The headphones are awesome too!

Order placed on Sunday at 9:30pm. Tracking number issued Tuesday at 8:45am. Tracking says package accepted at Wednesday at 8pm (Japan time?) and arrived here shortly before 9am Friday. Packaging is brand new and sealed with item fully functional. Since this is a Japanese product sold in Japan, the manual is in Japanese, though they do use our electrical outlets.  
 
Seems to be an excellent merchant with great shipping prices and who seem to have mastered Japan to US ordering. I was unfamiliar with the EMS cooperative which provides intercountry express mail until ordering here. Very fast.

These headphones are amazing and at a great price as well. Service was great, shipping was prompt even considering it was coming from Japan! I would definitely buy from audiocubes.com in the near future!

Audio Cubes Ripped me off, they took forever to send the item. I had Acidentialy given them my CC number when they finally got this item in stock they decided to charge my CC and then refuse to give me a refund. Total Scam!!!

There are not many silent mouses available on the market. I found Buffalo's USB Silent Mouse through Audiocubes and even though I had never heard of the company, I thought I would give them a try. I got an e-mail confirmation of the purchase and progress reports of the shipment very promptly. I was impressed how quickly I received my order considering I live in Philadelphia, PA. USA. and Audiocubes shipped from Osaka, Japan. I received my order in about 1 week from the date I placed my order. The product arrived safe and they even gave me a company sticker. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely buy from them again in the future. I would recommend their services to anybody who was looking to deal with a trustworthy company.
