"Acknowledged the online order, but didn't bother to ship. Didn't respond to email. Weeks later, we called and learned that online orders just don't make it over to the warehouse for shipping! For lack of online inventory, they didn't even know if it was in stock. Under pressure, Mary (customer service) found the order, got it to the warehouse, and it shipped the next day. The May 10 order finally arrived June 2. Had we not called, it never would have been shipped! What a sloppy organization!"
