"I ordered a Logitech Cordless desktop MX5500 Revolution keyboard and mouse (89474H) for $157.00 on 03-08-08 and now it's 05-13-08 and still don't got my package. They charged my credit card and I never got it. A few days after I ordered it the website went down. Still to this day has not come back up. shop.atriniti.com is the site. There email -customerhelp@atriniti.com and helpdesk@upgradesource.com both come back in error. The phone number - 800-961-5889 and Keith B. the manager's number (401) 349-4040 x104 is what they gave me in a email did nothing but ring the last time I called. you can't get a hold of anyone with those numbers. This to me is a SCAM site!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I am still trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Something went wrong since they seem not to excised anymore. "

"Ordered one of the latest Fellowes Confetti-Cut shredders (Intellishred PS-79Ci). Two business days later it was on its way. They sent me the FedX tracking number promptly. Great price, perfect service (and I recommend the shredder too)"

"I ordered 2 hard drives from them on 1/30/08, but they did not ship them until 2/6/08. I had expected them to arrive before I left for a trip, but they didn't arrive until 2/7/08, after I had left. So, fedex ground left them on my doorstep. I didn't find the package when I got back on 2/10/08 so sent a note to the merchant asking them how to proceed. This is their response:

Thank you for contacting us. According to the fedex tracking information, the package was delivered on 2/7. If this package is missing or stolen, your sole recourse is with the carrier or with your homeowner's insurance. Please visit our sales terms,

An excerpt from that link reads:

Shipping Waiver of Liability
Once your order has been passed to the designated carrier, you agree to waive Atriniti of all liability financial or otherwise for any failure of delivery, including but not limited to packages lost or stolen after delivery, misdelivered packages, damage due to weather, and delivery without requiring a signature. You agree that Atriniti is not required to obtain signature at the time of delivery and you irrevocably waive any right of dispute for shipments made to you without a signature requirement. You agree that your sole recourse is with the carrier.

Fortunately for me, the package in question was held by a neighbor who became concerned about it after seeing it for a couple days on my doorstep. But, if it had actually disappeared, I would be out $500 as the merchant disclaims all responsibility and fedex has no apparent liability since the merchant did not purchase shipping insurance and selected the "delivery without signature" option."

"I ordered a TV stand that I found on Crutchfield originally, but decided to do a quick price comparison before buying. The stand was literally half the price at about $300 (shipped) instead of the nearly $500 (shipped) of Crutchfield and $500-$600 of other retailers. I ordered it with the cheapest\slowest shipping method, but it has already arrived 6 days from when I ordered. Pretty impressive. The stand is of excellent quality. I would definitely order from Atriniti again."

"ordered on LATE afternoon of day 1. shipped (ground) on day 3. could have shipped a little sooner, but hard to complain since delivery occurred on day 5.

received courtesy call in afternoon of day 2. i found this most impressive, as i have never received such a call in my nearly 10 years of IT reseller purchasing. perhaps vendor is trying to make a statement on commitment to customer service?

im always looking for quality vendors to handle large portions of my purchasing business. given the impression made by the courtesy call, i will CERTAINLY be looking to use this vendor again to see how they pan out."

"I ordered a LaCie Sata hard drive online. Within hours, I had a phone call confirming and thanking me for the order. The next day with a low-cost 1-3 day delivery upcharge, the drive arrived in perfect shape. Good price, great customer service. I'll do business with Atriniti again."

"I ordered a $130 digital voice recorder. The price was a steal. I received my product promptly. I was very satisfied. The second email notifying me that my item had finally been shipped came kinda late (a day before I received my item). Otherwise, I would definitely do business with them again."

"I placed an order for a compact flash card reader (around $70). When the item did not arrive after a week, I checked the status of the order. The order had been cancelled. I called the following business day and was told the order had been cancelled because they no longer wish to carry the item. They claimed they had sent out an e-mail, but I have not received anything to date (including when I placed the order). They are very nice people over the phone, but I'm suspicious about their pricing and disappointed they didn't make more of an effort to fulfill the order or to advise me of the status."
