posted Mar-10-2012 “The customer was provided with UPS delivery confirmation. In addition, a UPS investigation was conducted to further confirm delivery. This customer is using threats to have someone pay for the item. Online resellers ship with delivery confirmations for a reason. This is a case where we feel the customer has been abusive and is using unfair tactics because they know the facts are not in their favor for legal action. We believe educated online purchasers know that they are protected if there is no delivery confirmation.”
