Service and delivery were fine with the exception of the delivery charges not being clearly posted. Paid for additional 2-day shipping not recognizing there would be no delivery on the weekend (which is not clearly stated)and that orders placed in the afternoon would not be processed until the next day. Therefore, a order place at 3pm on Tuesday did not arrive until Monday the next week. The additional money spent on delivery was wasted as ground would have delivered the order near the same day for much less.

I am very sorry to hear that you feel our shipping policy is not clearly posted. In the checkout process Step #2 which is the Payment Option, this page allows you to select your shipping option and payment method. Right below the Product information and to the left of the Select Shipping Type there is a Shipping FAQ. Option 1 is the most frequently asked question When can you ship my order? By selecting this question the following answer is given:
When can you ship my order?
From the time an order is submitted processing time is about 1-2 business days, but each order can vary depending on the details of the order. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 2 business days to leave our warehouse unless the item is on back order or a special order item.
Overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day orders placed by 11am PST / 2 PM EST will leave our warehouse the same day, if the item is in stock.
Business days include Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
It is stated that processing time is about 1-2 business days.
I hope this has answered any questions or concerns you may have regarding our shipping policy. If there is anything else that I can do to hopefully correct this experience please feel free to contact me directly.

I was notified shortly after the order was placed that the item may be delayed because of a back order. A suitable replacement was selected and was shipped the same day. The item arrived within 24 hours. Great Service and Customer Care!

I ordered a replacement UPS battery for my Belkin 750 and the process was easy from soap to nuts. Only issue was the battery came slightly damaged in shipment (slightly crushed lower corner of battery) but upon close inspection I could find no structural damage and the battery still fit inside my UPS so for me it is "Mission Complete" and I would not hesitate to use AtBatt again should the need arise.

I was very pleased with the delivery of some rather large heavy batteries. I ordered three 12 Volt 18 Ah batteries that weighed about 13 lbs each. Because I ordered on a Tuesday I received a 10% discount and because the order was over $100 AtBatt.com also gave me free shipping. What a great deal that was!
PS: A local national battery company wanted about $75.99 per battery and AtBatt was only $45.99; this price alone saved me about $90.00 for the purchase.

I was reviewing your posting and see that over all your experience was unsatisfactory based on the fact that the back ups system did not work after a new battery was purchased.
Based on your comments, we are not sure if the system itself is no longer functioning properly or if the battery is defective.
We do have a 30 day return policy and you are well within that period. I have also reviewed your order and do not see that you have contacted us in reference to the problem.
I would really like to be given the opportunity to get this problem fixed for you and turn this experience around.
