"I received my "extended" battery, and when I tried to put it in it's very thick and doesn't obviously fit. So they were closed on the weekend and I couldn't speak to anyone in customer service. I called this am and the lady said since I bought the "super" battery and it has extended life, that is why it is thicker. Darned if I still CANT get the thing to stay in my computer. Now I am afraid that I will be stuck with a shipping charge to return the faulty one and another charge to ship another. Think I will try a different company! Ugh. Frustrating!"
