I love the Ashley Bridget Elastic Collection so much!!!

"Sometimes I wear a bracelet over it to disguise my hair tie, now I have met my solution. Having a bracelet that literally hides your hair tie for a fashionable purpose!! I always head out dressed up with my hair down and the hair tie on my wrist. Now, i don't think no one will ever notice!!! I love this so much!! I also commend the representative who take care of my concern due to the high demand they have for the product, hey its worth the wait! Thank you!

Way to go!!!

"My story is kind of long, I ordered 3 bracelets for Christmas gifts (including one for myself) around Thanksgiving. Ashley Bridget was so busy on this amazing product that it got back ordered and promised to be here before xmas. Two of them got here when my family was in town so I gave those two as gifts and hoped the 3rd one would fit...well the bangle was too big for my baby wrist. I contacted support and was helped by Sarah Adams who helped me find the bracelet I wanted and how to exchange it. A few weeks went by and I contacted Sarah again and she emailed right back and within the day the new bracelet was sent out!! I do not write many reviews...but I wanted to say a BIG thank you to Sarah and the product. Nothing but good things to say...will buy from you again!! You can't even go to a store in person and get this kind of service! "

"What I really like with product? Ashley Bridget has so many items to choose. They have a unique design that I cannot find to any other jewelry store. I love the bangle bracelets also the necklaces. So classy and elegant and not too expensive."

Diabolical Customer Care!!!

"Bought 2 x bracelets and they were too big. Spoke to a lady at customer services and she emailed me address for return and replacement. However, the bracelets sent as replacements were exactly the same as the original style! I have called the UK customer care on many occasions and at different times of the day - but the call just gets dropped. I have also emailed support at .com and .co.uk but not had a reply.
I just want the correct style sent to me.
To get the replacement order wrong is pretty unimpressive, but to not even have the courtesy of replying to my emails is outrageous and totally unprofessional

Do NOT Recommend ordering from this site

"I ordered a few pieces from this website in the beginning of December, hoping to give one of the bracelets to a friend for Christmas. After placing the order I received an email that due to a high volume of orders, the whole process might take a little longer. At first I was very understanding of this, since I knew that every (online) shop struggles a bit during Christmas time but what happened then cannot be excused by the Christmas stress.
First of all, it always takes about 5 days for the customer service to actually respond to an email. Then, in the middle of january (!) my package finally arrived. The packaging is quite cheap and I actually doubt that the jewellery is made of gold but whatever. I ended up liking a couple of the pieces and decided to return the other ones. So, since on the website it said that "returns over 40€ can be returned for FREE", I asked the customer support to send me a return label. After another week or so I finally received this return label and immediately sent the package back to Ashley Bridget. Since I didn't receive my money back in the following weeks I proceeded to email the customer support every few days. no response...
However, once I contacted them through Paypal, which has insured my money, I immediately got an email back and voila 39,05€ were transferred to my account.
At first I was happy to see that this whole drama was finally resolved but then I noticed that they ended up charging me for the return shipment.
So, I emailed them again. No response. I tried contacting them through Paypal again and after about a week I got an answer saying that the store only covers return shipments for items worth 75€+.
They really can't be serious with this whole mess. When I placed my order back in December the website clearly said, that returns would be free for products worth more than 40€. So, now they just quickly made some changes to the website and refuse to refund me the shipping costs.
I just sent another email to finally get this resolved.

All in all I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from the Ashley Bridget site. The customer service is terrible, the products are not of great quality and refunds will be overly problematic.

Returned Cuff But Excellent Customer Service

"I ordered the Elastic holder cuff... super cute and I wanted to love it but it constantly fell off my wrist. I decided to return the cuff and had excellent customer service and got my refund minus the shipping fee of $5.95. If the elastic holder cuff design is ever improved to stay on the wrist better I would love to order it again. thanks! "

"Seriously if I could choose zero stars I would. Do NOT buy from these people! Here is my timeline:
11/28/16: Place order for two necklaces and a 3 pack of the elastic holder bracelets.
12/5/16: Email from support bot: Your order is delayed due to elastic holder bracelets. We will be splitting your order. "All items from our Elastic Holder Collection will be delivered before Christmas." Me: No problem, I understand Christmas shipping is busy. That's why I ordered when I did. At least they promise it will get here by Christmas.
12/17/16: Nothing. Me: Where is my order? Has any part shipped? Support bot: Your order has shipped! (What a coincidence? Also note, this is an incomplete order.)
12/20/16: Order actually ships. By tracking my package I can clearly see that only a shipping label was created on 12/17 but no package was actually shipped until 12/20. Cool. Good trick.

Meanwhile I'm starting to panic about not having any gifts for my sisters, so I hop on Amazon and find a nice necklace and equivalent elastic holder bracelets for less. Those came in two days and were beautiful and my sisters loved them.

12/21/16: Support bot: Sorry for the delay, we will process your order in 10 business days. Me: Hmm that doesn't sound like Christmas.
12/21/16: First part of my order arrives. 2 necklaces and 1 of the 3 bracelets.
12/23/16: Begin Christmas travels.
12/23/16: Support bot: Sorry for the delay, we will process your order in 10 business days. Here, have a $10 gift card. Me: Gee, thanks. Also, is this thing on repeat?
12/29/16: Support bot: Your order has shipped! (Read: shipping label created)
12/30/16: Support bot: Your order has shipped! (Read: shipping label created)
12/31/16: Packages accepted by USPS.
1/3/17: Packages 2 and 3 arrive.
1/11/17: Request full refund.
1/12/17: Customer service (first contact from live human):Why? (HA!)
1/14/17: "I'm sorry to hear that. A return label will be sent to your email address and you have to print it out and attach to the package. As soon as we receive the return package, we will process a refund for this order."
1/23/17: Return package arrives
2/3/17: Nothing. Me: Where is my refund? I know you have my package.
2/4/17: "We have received the package that you have returned." (No kidding!) "I have refunded $91.05 to your xxxx account." (I thought I paid more than that?)
2/6/17: Support bot: "You have received a refund. Total amount refunded: $91.05 USD" Order summary: necklace 1 $19 + necklace 2 $19 + bracelets $59 = $97, shipping $0. Amount paid $97, refund $91.05.
2/6/17: I ask why I was not given a full refund as advertised on their website.
2/8/17: After 2 days I receive the response, "Because, you are the one who will provide for the shipping fee." Shipping was free on my original order, so this is not to deduct for my original shipping costs. My refund (minus return shipping fees) was finally credited to my account. I asked for clarification on which shipping I was charged for.
2/9/17: "You are the one who will pay for the return label."

You should know, you WILL be charged shipping to make your return, even though their website states:
"We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid." This is very misleading!

I do not write reviews, but this horrendous experience has gone on for too long and has pushed me to feel a duty to warn others. Please, do not frequent this business, for your sanity and for your precious time, of which we all do not have enough. Cheers!

Angle bangles Love

"I love these bracelets I have one of every angel collection Ihave all five and then the hope one that matches it also. One of them came that was missing two of the angel wings on it. They were very fast and replacing that bracelet. All mine have got to be very quickly. Any questions I asked were always answered and a quick and a reasonable time!
Ashley Bridget company is a great company with great supplies and so far I've had nothing but excellent service . I would reckon highly recommend them!!! Love love the stuff.
