"In a time where customer service seems to be going down the drain, the care I received from Ashley Bridget was quite refreshing and one of the best I've dealt with in a while. I had to return a bracelet and I was pleasantly surprised when they sent back a little extra something along with my exchange. They are quick to respond to emails and are always offering awesome prices and incentives. On top of that I love their style and the quality of the pieces I have purchased thus far. Definitely will be checking in to see whats new!"

"This is THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. When presented with a problem, or concern the company's response is always immediate. Customer service like this company provides is unheard of these days. I recently purchased a bracelet that was too small. Because there is no return policy on the website I contacted customer service. They were prompt with their response and offered to ship me any bracelet free of charge for my inconvenience. I have already purchased multiple bracelets from them and I will continue to be a loyal customer. My only complaint for this growing company is that I would love to have more bracelets available, which I know will happen with more time. Their sales are always amazing! They are the one emails from a company/store I ALWAYS look forward to. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!"

"I bought a bracelet for my wife which was stolen out of our mailbox before we could receive it. The customer service at Ashley Bridget were very, very helpful during this time. They offered me a different style since they didn't have anymore stock of what I had ordered or I could wait until they got more. I chose to wait and we just received the bracelet along with another gift to say sorry for the hassle. I know next time I want to get something for my wife I will order it from A.B."

"I was so excited to receive my bracelet in the mail. I had put in my order in Jan. 8. I waited for weeks for my bracelet set. I wrote to the customer service multiple times and still didn't receive it. I finally changed to a different address and only received it today. When I did receive it 2 of the bracelets were broken. I really like their products but probably would not order again due to the long wait and broken product. Sorry.

"I found out about Ashley Bridget on Facebook. I decided that I would try it out, so I ordered my first bracelet (RIO Crystal Shamballa Bracelet - Black) and I received it within two weeks. Not only was the packaging great but the bracelet was even more beautiful than the picture on the website (http://www.ashleybridget.com/) I then ordered another one for my mom. The customer service was amazing, I lost the tracking number for my moms bracelet so I emailed the customer service line and within 24 hours they sent me the tracking number. I received my moms bracelet in perfect condition and surprised her with it. She is now in love with it and we wear them everyday. We get so many compliments on them and we of course tell them where we got them. Amazing products, great prices and awesome customer service. "

"I contacted Ashley Bridget regarding a question I had regarding the free Shamballa bracelet offer that I took advantage of. I was surprised and grateful when they replied promptly and in a courteous manner .
I again contacted Ashley Bridget regarding another bracelet set, in the Persona collection - Strength, which was sold out because a promotion they were having and again they responded promptly and assured me it will be available soon. I will definitely shop Ashley Bridget again! "

"I first heard about Ashley Bridget through a discount website. I purchased a voucher for a bracelet. I attempted to redeem my voucher but apparently had done it the wrong way. Shortly after, their customer service sent me and email checking to make sure everything was okay (because there was an item left in my cart). I was very impressed that they were there to make sure I received good customer service and to answer any questions I had. I have since then recieved my cracker and am very impressed with the quality.

While browsing their website, I saw their promotion for a free bracelet ($79) value. I was very impressed that it wasn't a gimmick and that I just had to pay $6.95 for shipping. I have received that bracelet and it looks beautiful! I just can't figure out how to put it on (there is no way to make it bigger to put it on and no clasp of any kind).

Overall, I am impressed with Ashley Bridget's merchandise and customer service."

"I've purchased three bracelets from here already and even got another one for free, Ashley Bridget had a promotion on their Facebook page! My bracelets are so pretty and they even come packaged in a pretty little, pink bag. Better head back to take advantage of their Mother's Day sale!"

"My husband bought me the black/silver arm candy for our anniversary and I absolutely LOVE it! It is just as amazing as it looks on the internet. I have ordered a white/silver one also which should be arriving soon. I would love to have ALL the colors! Such great quality too!"
