"Service, product, and price were good. Seller did not acknowledge order quickly and I had to email him to ask if he had received my order. I am leaving this rating because I was requested to by the seller. The seller provided confusing and inaccurate instructions for leaving the rating and comment on this site. For example, I did not find the invoice number where he said it would be. I had to dig out my paper invoice to get it. But on the whole, my experience with this seller was satisfactory and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. I would like to add that I appreciate other services provided by Bruce Wahler outside of this particular transaction. For example, the documention he wrote for the MIDI Solutions Event Processor Plus has been very helpful to me as I use that device. Thanks, Bruce!"
