I purchased a Ventilator leslie simulator (and pedal) from Ashby Solutions -- dealt directly w/ proprietor Bruce Wahler -- he's extremely knowledgeable & friendly (and honest about what he does or doesn't have in stock etc.). Would definitely buy from there again!

AshbySolutions get a 10 from me. After I emailed what I needed Bruce the owner called me. He was very helpful. I ordered a foot pedal for my Ventilator since there the only ones who build them.  
I told Bruce I had a gig on a certain date and he assured me it would arrive in time. It did and it works GREAT. Thanks Bruce

Ordered a Neo Instruments ventilator on 5/30. It turned out that Ashby Solutions was temporarily out-of-stock with more units expected the following week. Bruce sent me an email explaining the situation, and asked whether I wanted a refund or wanted to wait. The unit arrived as promised, well packed, and the shipping charges were quite reasonable. They do not gouge on shipping like some online merchants.  
 
I have bought things from Ashby Solutions a couple times in the past too, and every time I came away happy with the transaction. Great vendor, great service, nice to deal with.

I purchased a Ventilator Leslie Simulator. I also had the stereo mod done and ordered a foot pedal.  
 
Delivery was delayed by the Iceland volcano. Bruce kept me well informed of the delayed and expected ETA.  
 
The stereo mod was well done and the foot pedal works perfectly.

I ordered this product after hearing about it on a forum. The online transaction was painless and easy. The product then showed up practically overnight. It was honestly a day or two tops and there it was in the mail. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Service, product, and price were good. Seller did not acknowledge order quickly and I had to email him to ask if he had received my order. I am leaving this rating because I was requested to by the seller. The seller provided confusing and inaccurate instructions for leaving the rating and comment on this site. For example, I did not find the invoice number where he said it would be. I had to dig out my paper invoice to get it. But on the whole, my experience with this seller was satisfactory and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. I would like to add that I appreciate other services provided by Bruce Wahler outside of this particular transaction. For example, the documention he wrote for the MIDI Solutions Event Processor Plus has been very helpful to me as I use that device. Thanks, Bruce!

I ordered some music stands and they came quickly and as promised. Woot!

I am very satisfy with my recent purchase. Fast shipping, good communication and the product as described. Furthermore, this is not just a music shop but you can count on Bruce's advise anytime even with the product that he is not carrying. Excellent service, will do business again.
