I purchased an Intel motherboard for an old computer on E-bay. Shipping was inexpensive and quick. Packaging was minimal but adequate and there was no documentation. (this can be found online)

I needed a replacement motherboard and I needed it fast. The folks at AsendTech worked with me on the phone while I purchsed the motherboard online and upgraded the delivery to overnight. I'm back on line within 24 hours. GREAT JOB!

Just received my order today. So far not impressed. The hard drive was packed in a way where I question it's integrity. It was against the outer cardboard with just bubble wrap and the open ESD bag to protect it from damage. Second the HD is labeled as refurbished. NO where in the product description does it state it was refurbished. The HD did not come with a SATA cable, not their fault, but only adds to my annoyance. My other complaint is with their order processing. I assume they do not work weekends, because I placed my order on a Friday, and only after I called them on Wednesday was my order processed. From their receptionist, she gave me the impression "oops we forgot". After I drive for a SATA cable I'll continue this review. However, so far very unimpressed

Helpful customer service, great deal, highly reccommended!

I have purchased from this company more than once. I was a bit worried after an auction message said the auction closed early due to an error in the listing. I was number 20 of the 20 items they had to sell, so I wrongly assumed someone mis-counted and I would be left without the motherboard. They responded to my inquiry within 24 hours with a tracking number then delivery took place the next day. Happy to do business with them again.

Wonderful service, fast shipping, the board worked better than expected! The auction said just the bare board, but I also received an i/o plate, and these guys have a page on their site to download all relevant drivers. You can't ask for better. Thanks!!!!!

Quite frankly this is my First ever purchace made from Ascendtech inc. I got to admit when i saw the prices i was skeptical, but nope this company is more legit then Newegg or Tiger for that matter. This company has good Rates for how products are sold, and cuts out the middle man. This makes more so enthuesiastic for me wanting to buy from Ascendtech then over newegg or Tiger again. Plus Free shiping, Who cant beat that on products. This site really gives a reason as to why they should buy from Ascendtech then over newegg, or tiger. Just great over all Thumbs up, Thx Ascendtech ill be happy with my sound card when it gets to my house.
