"I ordered the umbrella and paid for expedited shipping so that I could use it for a halloween costume. I ordered on Oct 12 and was told I would get it by Oct 19. I have contacted them several times and get excuses. I don't understand why they offer expediated services if they know that EMS cannot deliver? It is now October 23rd. I finally got a response from EMS on tracking. My item is still in China!!! Hasn't even made it to another country yet. Here is our correspondence (also Artwedding says they will refund 17.00 for expedited mailing but I paid 24.50):

1st time:

ME: I paid for expediated shipping because this is for my halloween costume for
this coming Saturday, OCT 27th. The delivery estimate was Oct 16-19,. It is not
here (the 21st), when I click on shipping information it says not available.
Please advise!!! I need this before Saturday!!! "
THEM: Dear Dawnee , Thank you for your email . I have just track your parcel too . But the tracking information is not update .
You may try to track it later . Besides we are really so sorry the parcel can not reach to you until now may bring you any inconvenience . As the customs is
very strict recently , all our umbrella order which is expedited shipping way can be only shippped by EMS which usually take around 8-10 days for delivery .
Really really so sorry for the inconvenience . Except sorry I do not know whatelse can show my sincere appologize for you .
About your issue : we would like to refund you the Expedited shipping fee ($17)
to you as a compensation . What is your opinion ? Besides , I will keep an eye
on your parcel . As soon as I can track it online , I will email you to let you
know . But please kindly believe that we are honest amazon seller , the significant
thing for us is to satisfied with our customer . If possible , could you please
kindly help us remove the negative feedback for us ? As we are a new amazon
seller , we do really need yours support . Sincerely Hope you can help us .

I will not change my feedback until I feel that my issue has been satisfied.
Yes, definitely you should refund the expedited shipping fee as the package has
not arrived. I don't understand why you offer expedited shipping if you know
that EMS does not ship in time. If I would have known that I wouldn't get the
item, I would have ordered it from a different vendor. Now it is too late to
order from someone else. My Halloween costume for the party this coming weekend
will be incomplete without the umbrella. You have wrecked my whole costume. Of
coarse I am upset. I have ordered through Amazon a gazillion times and have
never had a problem like this, so I believed your advertising. Very
dis-satisfied customer. I have never even heard of EMS shipping. Do they even

Thank you so much for your kindly reply .
We usually ship out expedited parcel out via DHL which usually take around 4-5
days for delivery . But about 2 weeks agao , We get the message that the
umbrella expedited parcel can be only shipped by EMS . We just get such
information temporarily . Besides , the EMS which usually take around 7-8 days
for delivery . But recently it is busy season about the express company , the
delivery date usually longer than the former . We are really really so sorry
about this issue . We usually sent the parcel via EMS to American . And last few month , the
delivery time is always around 7-8 days . Besides , you need the parcel delivered before October 31th , right ? I have
already reflect your issue to our transportation delpartment to ask them if they
can ask express company to expedited your parcel . And I will keep to track your
parcel . As soon as I know the further information about your parcel , I will
email you to let you know . I will try my best to give you a satisfying solution
.

"I ordered 4 of these dresses for my bridesmaids for my soon to be wedding in March. I received my order on the EXACT date they had specified on the day that I ordered on my order confirmation! Wow, how often does that happen?
After having had received the dresses, I immediately opened them and was completely stunned! Every dress was so well tended and came in an individual bag casing.
Once my sister and I opened the bag to try her dress on, we saw the beauty and quality of the fabric! I was expecting "OK" quality, not THE BEST quality! I helped her try on the dress and also observed all the beautiful details in which the dress had been elaborated. Completely flawless seams and hidden accents to help the actual fit of the dress.
We LOVED the way the dress looked on her! I didn't know if it would be as pretty as the picture I'd seen on the Artwedding.com site from where I had purchased it. Indeed it was and it even looked more beautiful in person and on my sister than I had ever imagined it! I'm so excited for my wedding and so happy my bridesmaids will look stunning on my special day!!! Can't wait to see them on the actual day!
