"Returned shutters because the accessories for them were discontinued and I could not complete my project. It is a very big hassle getting an RMA number and a refund. Process has taken 3 weeks and still not done. The price saving does not outweigh the poor customer service I have received."

"We have purchased 4 items from Architectural Depot. The first was a Locomotive weather vane that was a gift for our brother. He was so excited and everyone in the neighborhood came to admire his weathervane. The very next day the wind gusts were 60 - 75 miles per hour and the Locomotive with stood the gusts of wind. The second purchase was a Rooster weather vane and 2 mounts for each. The weather vanes exceeded our expectation on size and quality. The mounts for these are very well constructed. We received an Eagle weather vane from the company that replaced our siding on our home. We are very satisfied with all 3 weathervanes and would recommend Architectural Depot."

"It took them 7 weeks to send a window. When I finally got it, it was a wrong window; wrong size, wrong type. Also, I order $400 window and they send me a model that cost $120. After several weeks of painful communication (had to send pictures about the items they sent me) they admitted that they made a mistake. However, now they claim that they cannot take it back nor refund my money since their window supplier will not take it back. Now, I have to resolve this through credit card purchase dispute, or consumer protection, or the small claim court. It will take me a lot of time. Needless to say that the manager who was handling this case was not cooperate and she was very rude. I would stay away from Architectural Depot. This is my worst online shopping experience."

"The product are exceptional with excellent customer services and very speedy delivery. Prices are reasonable. I have made few purchases last year and recently this past month. Only experience one mishap that was corrected immediately over the phone. Other than that architectural depot is a great place to buy home decor products. You folks are doing a great job there. "

"ArchitecturalDepot offered a great selection of window shutters at a great price. The website was easy to navigate and I had no trouble placing the order and paying online. Communication via e-mail kept me informed with tracking numbers which I appreciated. The product shipped when they said it would and I received the merchandise securely.
