I was also supposed to know that if damaged I had 72hrs to contact them. Problem was I didn't know it was from them as it was a gift of a Whiteall product. By the time my Mother who lives out of state sent me the receipt to send product back they said too bad. Rules are rules I was told so I'm stuck with a broken product they won't replace. When I asked to speak to her boss she said she was the supervisor. "Have a nice day". At least she was nice about not helping resolve the issue. "I am so pleased with my purchases from the Architectual Depot, yes I had 2 purchases! They both were Wooden Cobels, the dealtails were extremely exact and and there were no flaws 1 set in Popular Wood and the other set in Red Oak. My contractor was even in awesome and said; I was making him jealous! So if you need some excellent wood products, I highly recommend the Depot!!! "
