I called all the supply houses in the area and their pricing was higher than the online price at Aquasciense. This coupled with the fact that their price included shipping for the WX-255 tank meant I didn't have to rent a truck or worry how I was going to get it. <br><br>I sent a chat question and then spoke to the customer support line at Aquascience. Although I did not get the gentlemen's name, he was awesome, he ran the numbers and calculated the proper size tank for me, akin to a private engineering consultant. His assistance convinced me to order and I did so on Wednesday afternoon still with some concern, after all ordering online can be an adventure. Aquascience is in RI and I am in CT, so I suspected it would take until Friday before the shipper had it, after all at 160 lbs. I knew UPS wasn't bringing it. <br><br>You can imagine my surprise when Thursday around noon when I received a call from the trucker who said he was in my driveway and asked when I would be available to sign. I could not believe Aquascience's delivery arrangements facilitated an overnight delivery, quicker than I could have gotten it myself. I opened the box and everything I ordered, tank, installation kit, and other do-dads all were inside. <br><br>Needless to say, the experience was wonderful and I will have no problem ordering from Aquascience again. Their customer service, and sales process was a wonderful experience.
