"last dec l bought a stove part. it chipped right away. after sending a photo I immediately received a replacement part"
"I ordered two overnight parts.. these guys have no way of contacting them no phone number to call!!! I have emailed and emailed.. tried chatting online.. NOHTING BACK! no parts have arrived.. no tracking number.. sure they took money from my account and i received an invoice where are my parts!!! Communicate to your customers!"
"I ordered a part for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher (two, actually), with two day shipment. Seven days later, the wrong part arrived. Not two, but one. And the packing list indicated one part, no backorders. There is NO PHONE NUMBER I can find on their website. I tried live chat, but I kept getting directed back out to the main page. I finally sent an email. I would NEVER use this company again. They clearly don't want to be reachable, because they suck so bad. I'm going to challenge the charge with my bank, because I think that's the only way I'll get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!"
"Do not order from this company!!! When I ordered my part they showed on their site that they had it in stock. I ordered the part via the expedited shipping. I was notified the followingday that they found that it was not in stock when they went to fill the order. They claim to have 30 warehouses nationwide andsaid that the part was out-of-stock nationwide. I ask that theyjust cancel my order if they could not deliver the part overnight. I was informed that they would only send the part to me whenever it was received. They have very shady return/credit rules that do not reflect good business practice.I ordered the part the next day from another source and received it overnight. There was no nationwide backorder of the part from the manufacturer......just ApplianceZone B.S.Guess I will still get their part if and when they ever ship it.Wish I had checked them out better. Fool me once .........."
"NEVER! NEVER again. Placed order 2/21, contacted them 3/18 finally told parts on back order should be sent 3/25. Contacted them 3/26 asked that order be cancelled and my payment refunded. Told payment refund would take 1-2 weeks. At 3 weeks contacted them again and told they would expedite payment. They have had my money for two months and can't get it back to me! WTF! I had to contact them every time, they never contacted me first."
"Horrible company all around. They treat employees as slaves and "The Customer is ALWAYS wrong" as their motto. The CFO is mentally unstable and crazier than the mad hatter and the 24 yo daughter General Manager is as arrogant as Trump managing with a 6th grade education. They discriminate based upon age thinking only the young can do the impossible job they have framed. Return policy states that if it is taken out of the box, you are basically screwed. It's yours to keep. Highest education is 20 college credits which is boasted about. They are not BBB accredited because they do not want to be knowing they would actually have to answer to someone to actually remedy and solve customer complaints instead of simply losing that customer. This will be a short lived company and I personally will enjoy watching it's fall. Use their competitor. Appliance Parts Pro or go directly where they acquire the parts and cut out the middle man Repair Clinic."
"HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! don't buy from them EVER!!!! I ordered a part and they sent the wrong one, instead of correcting their mistake their customer service agents argued with me for over 5 hours over email. PayPal ended up refunding my money. EVEN the CEO is dumber than a bag of rocks and insists on sticking to arguing with a customer instead of resolving a situation they caused."
"The worst online experience I have EVER had. Ordered a part and they sent the wrong part. No number to call or address you have to talk to their help zone via a text box. The operator blamed me for the wrong part (fine) but surprising their competitor that I gave the same part number sent me the correct part in two days. I tried e-mailing back a response to get an address to send the part back for a return and still no response (7 days) and still waiting. "

Katie: Click here to help you locate your appliance tag.Visitor: ALL I WANT IS A HALF INCH 15 AMP FUSE. THAT IS WHAT YOU WERE SENDING ME IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT YOU SENT ME A 1.25 INCH 15 AMP FUSE AND IT DOES NOT FIT. PLEASE DO NTO TELL ME THAT ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT APPLINACEZONE CANNOT FIND FOR ME A ½ INCH 15 AMP FUSE. THAT WAS WHAT I PURCHASED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND YOU DID NOT SEND IT!!!!!! PLEASE GO FIND JIM ALLEN IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO FIND MY FUSE FOR ME.Katie: I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. But un order for me to locate this part for your appliance I will need the model number of your appliance. All I want is a ½ inch 15 amp fuse. Any will do. And I will release all rights of return that I might have – not only for the present fuses you sent me but also for the ones I really need. Now please search for a ½ inch 15 amp fuse and sell it to me. Pretty please and thank you.Katie: One moment please, I am searching this information for you.Katie: What type of appliance do you have?Visitor: Why does it matter?Katie: The manufacturers design their system to locate parts by model number of the appliance. In order to assist you further on locating the correct part we will need for this information.Visitor: It is for a treadmill.Katie: Ok, we do not supply parts for treadmills.Katie: In this case you may return the fuses by submitting this form:Visitor: No but you do supply ½ inch 15 amps fuses, which what I need. That is what I bought, you sent me something different. Just by way of an educational point, fuses are to a lerge degree fungible. Once can be used for a variety of different electrical functions. However, if you need a manufacturer, let’s go with GE.Katie: Okay, well you may need to additional research because we do not have the resources to locate parts for treadmills. If you can locate the parts number us fantastic however we will not be able to assist you with locating the correct fuse because we do not deal with treadmills.Katie: Please fill out this form that will provide a link to above and we can begin the return processVisitor: I am trying to help you make money for your boss so that you can get a paycheck for completing your customer service function. Please use GE as the manufacturer and search for my fuse.Katie: Again we do not carry parts for treadmills. Therefor I am unable to assist you further?Visitor: You’ve been assisting me?? OK, let’s forget about the treadmill. I am also looking for a part for a Hotpoint refrigerator. By strange coincidence it just happens to be a 1/2 inch 15 amp fuse! Can you please find that for me.Katie: You can use the site and search for it yourself.Katie: Either way provide me with a model number as a start.Visitor: HTR16ABSRWW. Try that.Katie: There are no fuses listed for this appliance.Visitor: Funny, that’s the one you sent me.Visitor: Are you sure Jim Allen isn’t there?Katie: He’s here but not available for chat.Katie: By the way you are talking to the customer service MANAGERKatie: Kari Allen is my name.Visitor: Slept you way to the top then?Karie: I am the daughter genius.Karie: You are a piece of work aren’t; you.Visitor: A shining example of nepotism.Katie: Have a good day and proceed through the site."
"Wow. Systematic swindling. No integrity.Ordered a part to fix our front loading washer (side note: don't try, it's not worth it). Wish I had read the reviews before staring this long, unsatisfying process.Part came fine. Price seemed quite reasonable. My husband saw it wouldn't fit properly so he didn't even try to install it. We decided right then to replace the washer.Followed their return instructions to the letter. After 7 weeks and repeated emails, they said the part had been "installed and used," that the part was disposed of, and we would not be getting a refund. Totally untrue. Confirms the experience of many other unhappy customers of this company. Hope others read the reviews and choose someone else, like Repair Clinic. "
"I ordered and received 2 parts (in 2 separate boxes off one invoice) so I could repair my range. When I opened the stove-top to begin the repair I discovered a burned wire connector. End of repair job, new stove ordered, Appliance Zone contacted for return instructions. They emailed me repeatedly: did I REALLY want to return the parts? Did I REALLY want to return BOTH parts? Did I read all their return rules? etc. Yes I did and I explained why, so they finally sent me a Return Authorization.I sent the parts via USPS and tracked the TWO boxes with delivery confirmation for both on 2/12/2013. They refunded me the price-minus-handling for the $55 part and claimed not to have received the $265 part. Again with the emails (the only way to contact them), sending them their Invoice #, the parts numbers and descriptions, their Return Authorization # plus the USPS tracking numbers so they could have their warehouse "investigate". Now 7 weeks and counting after the return and they are completely unresponsive. They have the new, untested/uninstalled part, kept my money and have ceased communication. I call that fraud. I call them thieves."
"I bought the touch panel to fix the Samsung microwave last May. It worked for about 5 months then crapped out again. The issue was and is SE displaying with non responsive touch panel and a beeping sound. The very problem i had before fixing it. I took it out few months back after i bought the Sear microwave to replace it with a lot of cussing and irriation since it costed me money, time and effort. I did not think about the warranty coverage until now that i want to list it on Craigslist to sell. I was told by the rep. that i have to pay shipping charge for the replacement warranty touch panel. I disagreed and it ended the chat. Now let think about this:1/ i already paid shipping once to buy the touch panel 2/ i already paid to have the panel put in3/ i then went out to spend more money to buy a Sear microwave after the Samsung crapped out only after 5 months with the new touch panel put in4/ i then also paid to have someone put in the Sear and took out the SamsungThe seller should pay me back for all the money i had spent with the panel they sold to me not even lasted for one year?!!!!Now they want me to pay for the replacement panel????? They know and I know that it does not cost them a dime to send a replacement to me as Samsung or whoever selling that panel to them to resell will cover the defective one under the warranty. Having a flashy website claiming good service when in fact they nickle and dime me on the lousy shipping charge when in fact i already am irritated with all the cost so far just does not cut it for me!!!!!All that time wasting fusses and mounted up irritation i still had to pay the shipping for their defective replacement touch panel."
"Lousy. I placed an order for filters on 2/23/13. Heard nothing at all from them and finally on 3/5/13 I attempted to contact them. They have no telephone number. Their "Live Chat" is dead, nobody ever answered it. I did get email response in a timely manner, only to be informed that the item I ordered was on back order. Their policy states that they will notify you within 2 days of any item on back order. I was not notified. I replied and told them to cancel the order immediately and refund my money. Surprisingly, they still haven't responded to THAT email. Never again."
"didn't get confirmation of shipping until i chatted with customer service"
"Unfortunately ApplianceZone really is a scam. In my case they took almost a week to answer every question, then at the 11th. hour informed me that they needed another $40 to ship UPS, or $60 extra to ship via US Post. They stated that UPS would probably charge another $100 in duties & taxes, but that the US Post cost included all such charges. I paid the $60 extra, only to have ApplianceZone ship UPS, who charged me $130 extra! When I informed ApplianceZone they apologized for a shipping department error and said they would refund the UPS charge. That was the last I heard from them. This review is only a brief summary of the infuriating, drawn-out horror story of dealing with ApplianceZone. I guess I also learned my lesson about checking a company out before ordering via the internet. We get lazy because Amazon etc. etc. are reputable. DO NOT SHOP AT APPLIANCEZONE.COM."
