"Got the run around from LG about their dryer. Had 2 different repairmen waste my time. We decided go for broke and try to fix it ourselves. Appliance parts pros were awesome! Answered questions, went above and beyond to make sure we understood stuff and even offered helpful hints to check out WHY the problem happened and how to prevent a repeat. Highly recommend!"

"Sooooo....my initial thought would have agreed with previous ratings. I ordered 2 items on 4/29, received an email of both items shipping on 4/30, and received a package on 5/1 as well as a charge for both items. Unfortunately, I only received 1 of the two (in spite of the website saying that both were available). I could have understood the miss had it not been for the charge for both items. HOWEVER...when I contacted their customer service, I was told that they invoice for all items whenever one is shipped. This is a fradulent practice. I order from the web all the time, and have never heard of such a policy. I consider this punishment for ordering from someone other than Amazon...NEVER AGAIN!"

I ordered standard shipping, at a reasonable price, and it was here in today's mail. Shock& Awe. The part is on the fridge, and works great. I love these guys! Also, when I used 'live chat' to inquire about a part for an older appliance that I couldn't find, they were extremely efficient and helpful."
