My old reliable Kenmore series 70 (model 11020702990) decided it didn't want to do my laundry any more after 9 trouble free years. My first reaction was can I fix it myself. So I got on the web and found so many similar problems other people had (broken direct drive coupling). No agitation or spin cycle. Also found additional video and instructional links thru the web site that were exceptionally helpful. After comparing other vendors time was of the essence so I picked AppliancePartsPro based on their shipping time and cost. I did a quick chat with a rep and got the exact part for my machine.
Ordered it on 1/27/2010, received it on 1/28/2010, fixed my washer 1/29/2010. Feeling real good - didn't have to call the service technician, saved about $100 and knew it was done right.

I ordered a part from this web site on 12-5-09 and it was listed on web site as in stock. I waited 1 week before I called to find out they did not have the part and it would be to there warehouse until approx 12-18. I called 12-18 they said they wouldn't have the part until 12-28. I called 12-28 they did not have the part and had no date for when they would. I got an email approx. 1-5 stating they would have the part 1-18. I called 1-18 they won't have the part until 1-25. I canceled the order SEARs will have the part at my house on 1-25. If you want to get empty promises and get you blood pressure up this is the place for you to order your parts. I wouldn't think of ever ordering anything from this so called company. Update 1-22; I recieved the part from Sears 1-21, 3 days after ordering it and installed it. Works great. First - thanks resellerratings.com, you are my definitive source for picking online retailers. Once again, resellerratings pointed me to a good one!
AppliancePartsPros.com had the parts I needed in stock at one of the lowest prices on the net (not the reason I chose them). Ordered Sunday afternoon, parts shipped Monday afternoon as promised. The APP website did update with the tracking info, but no followup email was sent so you need to check manually. I live in LA area, the parts came from Fresno,CA and were delivered Tuesday evening via UPS, all for a reasonable $7. Parts fit perfectly because they were Whirlpool factory service parts (made by "FSP"). My dryer was down for only 2 days! Excellent trouble free service and I saved a bundle by doing it myself.
I will use APP again.

I recently ordered parts for our gas dryer. The web site was extremely informative to insure I ordered the correct part. The parts arrived 2 days after I ordered. This was my first experience with Appliancepartspros.com. I am extremely well satisfied. The dryer is up and running again! Happy wife, Happy life!!
I went with this company based on info from resellerratings.com I was not disappointed.
The prices were great. It would have cost me more than double to purchase the same items here locally. Based on my experience with AppliancePartsPros.com you can't go wrong.

First order for Dishwasher part was on Thanksgiving, had the part on Saturday following Thanksgiving and dishwasher was operational Saturday night, great place to order.
Second order:

Placed order on Thursday, got a tracking number the same day and received the part on Tuesday. Part was as advertised and works fine, Thank you.

Very happy with first order. Price was great for the item and shipping, shipment and tracking notification were very prompt, packaging was very good, and the item purchased was new, and fully functional upon installation. I especially appreciate their policy not to charge until the part has shipped - some of their competitors in the appliance parts domain charge immediately, which I believe is an unacceptable practice.

I did some price-comparing for a replacement slide assembly for my refrigerator, and wound up going with this site because it was the cheapest.
The part arrived very quickly (ordered Nov. 1, received Nov. 4) and fit my refrigerator perfectly. No complaints at all. I'd buy from these folks again.

Had some initial frustration with mislabeled parts but in the end the friendly customer service straightened everything out and sent the correct part. Will keep them in mind for the future.

This is my second purchase from Appliance Parts Pros. They did a great job on my first order after another company gave me the run-around for 2 weeks. Appliance Parts Pros delivered exactly what I needed and on time. Customer service was excelent, also. Great to deal with!

This is my third or fourth order from this vendor. All in stock orders have been delivered very quickly (within 3 days with standard delivery). Based on this company's past performance, I expect my current order of July 6, 2009 to arrive on either July 8 or July 9, 2009 (3 days from order to delivery). I had to call them once about a question I had and received courteous, professional service. Highly recommended. Modified 7/17/09 - had to call in re: last order which did not arrive, contact person said must have been their error and promptly send out the order (took about 1 1/2 weeks). I am awaiting a backorder as well for about 6 weeks, but it may not be the fault of the vendor; it might be the manufacturer not shipping it to them. Part we ordered was backordered - we waited over two weeks and HAD to find a part locally because our refrigerator fan was broken. We received the part the day after we purchased the part locally - of course - so we returned it - box unopened because it did not arrive on time. They billed our credit card on May 10th - we returned the part on May 12th - per USPS, the box was delivered to Fresno, CA (the address they gave us) on May 14th. It is now June 2 and we still have not received a credit to our account. We order online all the time. A GOOD company will process a credit as quickly as they process a charge. We sent an email, did the online chat thing (with people who are obviously NOT even in the United States) and then we called customer service. Still waiting for our credit. Won't order again from a company that pretty much puts you on the secondary list because you returned something. Have they ever heard of return customers? Everyone should be given consideration - not just the customers who buy a part and it's in stock and they get it and it's "perfect" and everything is right with the world. Sometimes - things go wrong and the company should be JUST as responsive to those customers.
