I did some price-comparing for a replacement slide assembly for my refrigerator, and wound up going with this site because it was the cheapest.
The part arrived very quickly (ordered Nov. 1, received Nov. 4) and fit my refrigerator perfectly. No complaints at all. I'd buy from these folks again.

Had some initial frustration with mislabeled parts but in the end the friendly customer service straightened everything out and sent the correct part. Will keep them in mind for the future.

This is my second purchase from Appliance Parts Pros. They did a great job on my first order after another company gave me the run-around for 2 weeks. Appliance Parts Pros delivered exactly what I needed and on time. Customer service was excelent, also. Great to deal with!

This is my third or fourth order from this vendor. All in stock orders have been delivered very quickly (within 3 days with standard delivery). Based on this company's past performance, I expect my current order of July 6, 2009 to arrive on either July 8 or July 9, 2009 (3 days from order to delivery). I had to call them once about a question I had and received courteous, professional service. Highly recommended. Modified 7/17/09 - had to call in re: last order which did not arrive, contact person said must have been their error and promptly send out the order (took about 1 1/2 weeks). I am awaiting a backorder as well for about 6 weeks, but it may not be the fault of the vendor; it might be the manufacturer not shipping it to them. Part we ordered was backordered - we waited over two weeks and HAD to find a part locally because our refrigerator fan was broken. We received the part the day after we purchased the part locally - of course - so we returned it - box unopened because it did not arrive on time. They billed our credit card on May 10th - we returned the part on May 12th - per USPS, the box was delivered to Fresno, CA (the address they gave us) on May 14th. It is now June 2 and we still have not received a credit to our account. We order online all the time. A GOOD company will process a credit as quickly as they process a charge. We sent an email, did the online chat thing (with people who are obviously NOT even in the United States) and then we called customer service. Still waiting for our credit. Won't order again from a company that pretty much puts you on the secondary list because you returned something. Have they ever heard of return customers? Everyone should be given consideration - not just the customers who buy a part and it's in stock and they get it and it's "perfect" and everything is right with the world. Sometimes - things go wrong and the company should be JUST as responsive to those customers.

Ordered 2 oven parts with least expensive shipping option on 3/19/09,and received them 3/23/09!! First place I will look for appliance parts!!

I am unhappy with this company for having a guaranteed overnight delivery for a part that did not ship out. I discovered that their "guarantee" was to offer 20% off a future order. Forcing a dissatisfied customer to be a repeat customer in order to receive restitution is not the answer. After calling in, the only other option they offered was to refund the difference between Overnight and 2-Day freight. This was all they would offer to rectify their laziness. I just hope the correct part gets to me by tomorrow. Updated March 24: After this review I was contacted by a team member of this company who apologized for the problem and made up for the error. He did work with me to take care of the shipping charges and took the extra step to still offer the discount on the next order. Don't buy from this company! The part I ordered arrived damaged, due to inadequate packing. The circuit board was not wrapped in bubble and got hammered around in the shipping box. This company WILL NOT respond to my emails, even though they advertise a "typical" response time of one business day. I initiated the return process, per their policy and have received NO response with return/refund instructions. I have sent daily emails to their customer service department without a single response. This has been going on for 8 days now. They won’t answer the phone either, I just get put on terminal hold by their automated phone system. When using their live chat feature, they say they have responded to my emails, which is untrue. I have no complaint with the ordering process or the speed in which the part was shipped and received. However, a company that won’t stand behind the products they sell, or even respond to complaints, is not worth the headaches. I would gladly pay more for the part if I was treated with courtesy. BEWARE!

Perfect. Couldn't have been easier. I placed an order for a new silverware basket for my KitchenAid dishwasher. I was a little concerned about how long it might take since the item was listed as "not in stock". However, I was in no hurry so I went ahead with the order. I received an email only 4 days later with a FedEx confirmation number indicating the item had shipped. It arrived today (1/14) and is the exact replacement. Perfect. Yea Internet! Yea AppliancePartsPros.com!

AppliancePartsPros return policy, in our experience, is to require permission first - and blow off any requests to return without a response. We first contacted them (chat, then customer service email) about a problem Dec 8 - 5 days after we ordered the part. No help from chat, no reply from customer service, so we entered a request to return online on the 11th. No response. On the 16th someone on their chat line promised we'd hear the next day. No response. Two days later someone at their 800 number made a similar promise. Nothing happened. A week and a half later we tried emailing customer service again. Nothing. The total charge was under $50 so my credit card company won't allow me to challenge it - they get their money, we're stuck with a useless part which we can't return without permission - from a company that refuses to respond to such requests.
... 6 days after posting the above complaint we received a call from the company and were told they will give us a full refund. We were told they had tried to contact us by email (message never received - but perhaps a typo in the address or mistaken for spam) and had been waiting for a response. Don't buy from them especially if you need your parts urgently. The are very irresponsible. I ordered 4 grates for my stove getting ready for an open house to sell my apartment. I paid extra shipping in order to get them in 2-3 days. They shipped the 4 grates in two shipments from different locations and they obviously don't match each other. I called them, the phone NEVER got through. I used their online help service. They agreed to ship me two more. A week later, I have not received them yet. With the mistake they made and the expedited delivery service I paid before, I would expect them to overnight the grates to me instead of picking the cheapest ground delivery to make up for their mistake. 2 open houses will be over before I could receive my new grates, if I receive it ever. And the worse is, they told me they ship out the wrong version to me, the one which does not match my old grate and the one that looks much cheaper. All of these, they blamed it on the manufacturer. I think they should act like a grown up. If I know I need to get the series number to buy this grate, I would have done so. But the website never mention this in their search engine. All this, they blame it all on the manufacturer -- so convenient! This is the worse internet shopping I have in my life!

Ordered glass tray for GE microwave oven. Web site easy to use to locate exact part. Price was about two thirds that of manufacturers and S&H much lower. Order placed on Saturday and despite using cheapest S&H, part received at my home in Maryland on following Tuesday. Definitely would use again.
