"Pre-ordered 10.2 (Jaguar) on August 20th. Having selected free UPS ground I figured I'd get it a week after the official launch (Aug.24th). Apple cancels my order and re-instates it with...Free 2 day Fed-Ex. I received Jag on the 23rd. Thanx Apple."

"I just purchased two refurbished iPods: a 1st Gen 4GB nano, and a 30GB Video iPod.

There was an issue with the address, and i got an instant email from apple, requesting to rectify. I did it, and in the next day i received the iPods.

Kudos to Apple."

"Very good experience with the Apple store. Ordering process went well and payment went smoothly and was very convenient. Product was shipped the day I ordered and it arrived 2 days later, within the stated arrival dates. Will buy from again."

"I ordered my first Mac. I was going to go into one of their stores but the website said shipping from their website would be quicker than the apple store could get it. I went through the signup process and it was decent. I was impressed with their customer service. I called them w/ a few questions and they answered politely and patiently. "

"Apple has excellent warranty and customer support. I had a Powerbook G4 12in 867 purchased last year. Sent it in for service because of the hinge being very tight because of warping. The problem appeared again and Apple decided to exchange my comptuer for a new one. I decided to upgrade with the credit (value of computer when I purchased it) to the Powerbook 15" 1.5ghz. I couldn't be happier.

I got my order number and the tracking and order status was very clear. Shipped out from Shanghai and was delivered 2 days later. (overnight, but weater delay). I even got a upgrade that I didn't even know and free overnight shipping free!! Fast shipment and excellent customer service!! Thanks Apple!!!"

"I was a little skeptical about buying from Apple's web store after the mediocre reviews from fellow buyers. Since my options were limited if I wanted my MP3 player before the end of the year I bit the bullet. Since I’m a student I was able to utilize their academic discount program giving me one of the cheapest IPods around. The free laser engraving was nice and provides a little personal flare. Since Apple operates a physical store in my state (Ohio) I had to pay sales tax, which was a slight nuisance, but my discount made up for it. Expedited shipping was relative cheap at about $11 for 2-day service and I’m glad I went for it. My order shipped out of Shanghai, China, but Fed-Ex was true to their word and I received my package in 2 days. Apple’s packaging was lack-luster. The IPod box was placed in a cardboard box just slightly larger than it and shipped without any intermediate packaging material to absorb physical trauma it might experience during shipping. This aside, I’m very pleased with my order. I ordered on a Tuesday and had it here in my hands on Friday with everything working wonderfully. "

"Ordered a new MacBook during Apple's black friday sale. Suprisingly it shipped the next day (On a saturday!) And I got it on Tuesday. Very speedy transaction from start to finish. Good job!"
