"HORRIBLE! I decided to purchase an Ipod Mini for my girlfriend for her birthday gift and the estimated ship time was 3 weeks. I went through with it since they engrave it and I wanted to write something special on it (even though they charge about $30 more than other retailers). I called twice during this 3 week period to confirm that the ipod was indeed shipping out. Now they send me an email, one day before it was supposed to ship, and tell me they want until May to send it to me. That's over a month's wait. This is unacceptable and I will not purchase from them again. Horrible. Out right disrespect towards customers. How can they run a business like this."
"Fast shipping with FedEx. No worries with customs fees because you pay taxes already (15,025% here in Quebec). Overall, good pricing with coupon ($30 off any purchase when I renewed my .Mac account). Would do business again if I get another coupon."

"I would expect better service from a no-name startup company, let alone Apple Computer. My credit card was charged three times for the same order, wiping out my credit limit. Apple customer service would not admit fault, and blamed my bank for their mistake. It took repreated calls and endless waiting on hold to get anything done. Finally they were able to drop the extra charges, after two hours of phone calls."
