The Apple Store online has always shipped our orders promptly and they arrived in good condition. The Apple Store employees at the mall have always been courteous and helpful (though it is usually so busy there you have to be patient until one becomes available to help you). Rebates have been mailed within a reasonable time, and the numerous Apple products we have purchased over the last two decades have never had a hardware-related problem.
