Excellent service. Quality product found at less than 1/2 price of other online stores. Immediate confirmation email as well as a shipping email. Site is informative and easy to use. Between the service and the product, this was too good to be true!

This store was very efficient in handling my order, even though they are closed on weekends. It was shipped on the first business day (Monday) and received 2 days later via UPS FDX Ground. I received a link to FDX tracking on (Monday) to check the status of my package. I would definitely buy from them in the future.

Called to check on availability of Garmin 4212. Checked and told me they could get it. Order arrived 48 hours later. Very happy.

I ordered my mosquito magnet at 10AM in the morning and had it by 10AM the next day. It cost me less to ship next day ($22.99) through Anchor Express than it cost to ship ground from most of the other sites that I looked at. I will be buying from Anchor again.

I recently had 2 orders with anchorexpress.com and was very pleased with them. I had become leery of trying new internet outlets, having had difficulties getting my orders, but Anchor Express proved to be worry free.  
They had the best advertized price anywhere on a TP10 tillerpilot I was looking for, and in addition, had it to my door the next day for $15.  
A few days later, they not only beat everyone else I could find on the price of a Garmin 340C fishfinder, they mated it with the in hull transducer I needed, instead of the transom mount advertized. I can't get my local Garmin dealer to do that for me, and he couldn't come anywhere near the prices on either the tillerpilot or the fishfinder, and I have a wholesale account with them!  
As someone who makes my living repairing boats and spends my free time throwing money at them, a company like Anchor Express is a breath of fresh air.

I have ordered twice from this company and have experienced superior customer service both times. The shipping was expedited quickly, the merchandise was delivered promptly and the price was awesome. Plus, when I found the same item cheaper on the web, they matched provided a 110% price match guarantee. You can't ask for anything more from retailer. Will definitely shop there again!!

They shipped defective merchandise, and required to pay shipping for return and replacement. To add insult to injury they want to bill me twice, and hold on to the second (replacement) payment for a few weeks. I will never buyu there again.

Receive an email the day after I ordered that the GPS I purchased is not in stock and will need to be back ordered. Needed it by the weekend for a fishing trip. No mention at all in the whole ordering process that it was not in stock, and would need to be back ordered. Had at least 8 other sites that I looked at that had it in stock for the same price or less. Think most of the glowing customer reviews for this site were written by Anchor Express owners or employees

this company is a company based on satisfaction for the customer and their prices and products are unbelievable. i had a problem, and right or wrong , i, their customer was taken care of immediately. they bent over backwards, above and beyond their call of duty. im a customer for life. thanks again rose, rob and the entire staff...

Anchor express beat the competition in the end when it came to price and customer service. They lowered there price on my purchase and did so with no hassel. Great store to do business with and I am looking forward to doing business with them once again.

I bought a Raymarine C80 with radome, GPS antenna, and sounder. The customer service rep I spoke to was friendly and informative. The prices were great. I got my product the next day for only $19.99. Other places were charging over $100 just for ground shipping. I will be buying from Anchor Express again.

About 2 weeks before Christmas I purchased a Lowrance GPS for a gift. I was amazed at the low price and fast service. Ultimately my son decided he would prefer a GArmin unit. Again Anchor Express quickly gave me a RN without hassle, sent the Garmin, and shortly thereafter creditted my card when the Lowrance arrived at their warehouse. It was a totally trouble free transaction. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Excellent company. I ordered the Garmin Ique M5 from them for a great price, much less than I could find anywhere else. It was shipped next day for $19.99 and I had it in my hands less than 24hrs from the time I made the phone call to place the order.

Recommend NOT purchasing from Anchor Express. Late deliver, defective product, and changes buyer 20% restocking fee.
