"Beware of these guys - I went on-line and ordered a Standard Horizon HX851 last night and it said "In Stock". I received an email that confirmed my order, but said - Pending Payment. I paid on my Credit Card ??
I called them this morning only to hear "Thats our software that says that", but "Your item is on back order for 2 - 3 Weeks" I asked why it it didn't say that when I ordered, and he said "Thats our Software" Are you for real ? How disappointing. I will pay more, but will buy from WestMarine, and wont get the runaround. Never buy from this Retailer again."
