"I was unhappy with the customer service for my order. I specifically put that I would not like my mattress shipped before a certain date because I would not be moving into the unit until then. Well, Amerisleep shipped the address 10 days earlier than I had specified. Upon notification of the delivery, I called both FedEx and Amerisleep to see if the package could be intercepted and returned to the sender until I needed it. I spoke to at least 3 customer service representatives with Amerisleep, all of which assured me that they would do everything they could to fix the error and would get back to me about the status. I never heard back from any of them. One even told me that he would send me two free pillows for their error. I never received those either. The package was delivered to the apartment that very day and the previous tenant was stuck with it for 10 days. Luckily, he was very nice about it and held it for me until I moved in. I was very unhappy with the way Amerisleep handled their error and how they never attempted to fix it. The mattress however is great. Unfortunately, with a business model that only allows consumers to buy their products online without testing them first, I would expect top notch customer service."

"We couldn't be happier with our new Revere king mattress. We have been sleeping on it for a little over a month, and we've never slept better! Their customer service was also fantastic. We had a couple of different questions after our order, and not only were our questions answered, but a REAL person answered the customer service number we called! The mattresses are custom cut, so we had to be patient for delivery, but it was definitely worth it."

"My fiancee and I are extremely happy with our CA King Amerisleep bed. It shipped fast, was easily assembled, and has proven to be as comfortable as its competitors. As a matter of fact, we had read reviews about how long it took to unpack the mattress, but ours was ready within 6 hours. We both had problems with our necks and backs, and this bed has eased our pains, and led to many nights of comfort. We highly recommend Amerisleep!"

"We LOVE our Revere mattress. So comfortable, and does not jiggle around when one of us moves. Came with a slight smell out of the packaging, but it wasn't bad and went away quickly.

We had a slight delay in shipping, but got a gift certificate for it. Also, the method of shipping was quite convenient, as the mattress rolls up."

"I bought the Revere in a King size. The shipping of it took a little longer than expected, although to be fair they state in the website that they produce them to order and it takes time to do so. The only reason I gave 1 start in the shipping process is that I had to call to ask on a update of the product. The next day I got the mattress. I had some pillows sent to me in a similar fashion. I had to call them and got them the next day. So it would greatly increase the customer experience if they send the emails automatically to give an update in the status of the shipment. I regards to the mattress, it is a great deal for the money, I believe you get more bang for your buck. The mattress does not smells or gives fumes. It comes neatly packed and once opens expands to its size within a few hours. This mattress seems to strike the perfect balance between soft and firm. In regards to the "sleep hot" that is associated with memory foam mattress, I believe Amerisleep technology does a pretty good job in mitigating it, in a scale 1-10 they get a 7. I do feel a little bit warm in the mattrees. Now it is not "cold to the touch" like another brand out there, but for the price, its something that you appreciate and can live with it. I have recommended this mattress to family and friends. And when i need another mattress I intend to buy another from Amerisleep."

"LOOOOOOOOOOOVE MY REVERE QUEEN BED, ITS BEEN A FEW MONTHS NOW THAT WE GOT THIS BED.I USED TO HAVE LOWER BACK PAIN WHICH IS GONE .PERFECT SUPPORT NOT TOO HARD NOT VERY SOFT JUST RIGHT.THERE IS A SLIGHT ODOUR WHEN YOU FIRST GET IT BUT IT WILL GO AWAY IN 2 OR 3 DAYS.SHIPPING TAKES ABOUT 3 TO 4 WEEKS TO BE PATIENT COZ YOU GONA LOVE YOUR BED ITS JUST GREAT.VERY AFFORDABLE FOR THE QUALITY AND COMFORT YOU GET"

"Delivery was quoted in seven to ten days, did not happen. Than I was told it takes three weeks, did not happen. We did not know when we we where going to get the unit. I did get a person on the phone that did follow through, but only after the other run around."

"I have been very satisfied with my new mattress. It is more firm than I had anticipated, but comfortable none the less. I have struggled with back pain for years but my neck and back have felt significantly better since I started sleeping on my Amerisleep mattress. The costumer service was great and I actually received my mattress ahead of the scheduled date. Over very pleased!"

"The most comfortable bed my Husband and I have ever slept on. Well worth the money that was spent. We were going to buy a Sleep Number Bed but the bed we received from Amerisleep is much more comfortable!!!"

"I was very pleased with my overall experience while dealing with Amerisleep.com. Prices are far lower then their name brand competitor's prices. Customer Service (which was a real person) answered all my questions and really put me at ease buying online. Shipping was second to none, I received my bed 10 days after ordering. If you are looking for a foam mattress then I highly recommend Amerisleep.com. "
