In addition, none of the plugs to block circulation fit (too large) in their places throughout the pool. Finally, there were not enough of these plugs for my pool.<br><br>As instructed on the website and the accompanying instructions, I called the company to exchange these parts. The response I received was that there are \u0022no refunds\u0022 . I told the gentleman that I was not asking for a refund, just the promised parts. I am quite upset that this employee was rude and unwilling to represent the product as advertised.<br><br>After lots of back and forth he sent me an email asking for a list of what I needed.
