Bait and switch...scam.......No mention of insurance fee till item is bought and they call to upsell......Web says they ship UPS. Salesman says its a private shipper.....will cost $92 more. I hate the internet sales scams. grrrr

Evil company - They advertised a low price and then when you call and place the order they say their computers are down - Only when you don't buy the warranty and other items they are trying to sell.. Called the next day - Computers are still down - he said try back in 4 to 5 days. Do not buy from these shady companies. You just waste your time trying to deal with them.

Wasted a week trying to buy a 50" Sony LCD TV. Placed the order and was told the item was instock. Web site says orders usually ship in 2 to 3 days. Called back on day 2 and on day 3 and was told they could not tell me when the item would ship. On the fourth day, I called and was told it would be 5 to 7 more days. I cancelled the order and asked for a confirmation. I was promised a confirmation and have not yet received the e-mail(day later). High pressure sales tactics for accessories and extended warranty. This type of organization gives internet retailers a bad reputation.

Very much dissatisfied with the shopping experience.  
Prices were good, but the store wasn't very responsive. I ended up contacting them to move my order along [e.g. get the "upsale" call out of the way so they would ship my order]. Then, I had to email to get shipping information. This was for a big-ticket television.

I ordered a camcorder. They sent me a confirmation email, I phoned on the 24th to confirm. On the 25th I received another confirmation email. I phoned again just to make sure. The man on the phone said he was in charge and treated me like dirt! He was extremly rude and must have missed "how to treat the customers 101".  
The pricing was good and I was very happy with that. Not sure if I will ever order from them again due to the complete disrespect for the customer. I will probably pay the 10 or so dollar difference to have someone treat me with respect.

Simply the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They said they had the product in stock (a lie), then 1 week later an email was sent that the product was on back order. An option was given to cancel the order, so I did cancel via email that same day, I asked if they would confirm the cancellation via email…they didn’t. Then 2 days later I sent another email asking to cancel no reply. 3 weeks later the product shows up, the “Supervisor” Eric call me a liar! (Even though I have written proof of the cancellation??)  
 
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION!!

1) Received email from them. They cancel my order because of price error.  
2) I didn't call them for cancelling my order. Instead they called me and harrassed me on the phone. Seems that's my fault to place order to cause them trouble. No apologize for their mistake at all!  
This is the worst customer service I'v ever experienced.  

1) Sold me incorrect size filter, did nothing about it. Called me and told me it was a perfect fit and attached to the camera.  
 
2) Harrassed me on the phone to get more.  
 
3) TRIED TO BRIBE ME for a 5 star rating on here.

This merchant has the lowest price on one (Pentax Optio 33WR) of the digital cameras I am interested, and before I purchased, I asked them about warranty and price listed on its web site. They replied quickly to let me know the product carried USA warranty and the price listed is the actual price I pay for the product.  
I placed my order on March 7, 2004 and received an e-mail on March 8, 2004 for me to call its 800 toll free number to confirm my order. During the conversation, the sales person informed me the options of having larger memory card and rechargeable batteries, but after I explain why I don't need them right now, he didn't push at all. Very pleasant experience.  
On March 11, 2004, I received an e-mail telling me the order has been shipped to me with UPS's tracking number, and I received it today on March 16, 2004. Absolutely wonderful experience! I would recommand this merchant to everyone.  
One thing to mention is that the camera I ordered is actually shipped from another company in NY, but this is nothing to worry as long as I receive my order correctly and in time.  
Unlike the feedback for this merchant I found online before I ordered, my order doesn't need to take long time.

Their low price drew me into buying from them - Canon A60 for $191 - the $20 ground shipping fee was pretty bad, but still made for a good price. Their "live customer service" consisted of an answering machine for the first week. A lot of phone tag, many messages placed, another $6 for "shipping insurance", and almost TWO WEEKS later, it looks like they will finally get the camera to the shipper!  
I recommend staying away from them. That is... unless you can wait 3 weeks for your order, and you don't mind paying more than what your invoice says.
