"Do not purchase from this company. I bought a tablet that was listed as new on eBay, but when I received it, it would not power up and was obviously not a new item. Contacted AltaTac, they said they have had complaints about the unit and would replace with a new one. 2nd tablet showed up, also not a new item and won't hold a charge. Told me to return the 2nd one for a refund. They took their time on it and waited for the time frame to pass 45 days so that I could not file a claim with eBay. Tried to follow up for a month, no email responses and now on then phone they are saying nothing they can do since 30 days have passed. Be careful,they are friendly and responsive until they don't need to be, and then they just shut you down. Do not waste your money with this company."

He was convincing Me that the package was sent but never got it. It was purchased on Mar-23-13 and still nothing. The local customs and post office have no record of accepting this item and say that this item was probably sent abck to him with USPS. I have a 100% positive record as a buyer and didn't had any problems with sellers till I dealt with this one so i suggest that you PASS this one before He rips you off. If You already bought some of his item be sure to put on a dispute on your Paypal account and resolution center on E-bay before 45 day period expires or you will lost your money like I did. HE ONLY GOT HIS GOOD GRADES FROM SELLING FAKE THINGS ON EBAY THAT ARE CHEAP. THE OTHER ?ORIGINAL? STUFF FROM HIS STORE PEOPLE WHO FELL FOR HIS 99,5% NEVER GET. "I got a pair of speed lace boots for Christmas. Didn't start wearing them till the snow was gone (about one month ago). Within a month there was a hole in the side of the boot. Contacted Altatac and they said sorry, outside our 30 day return policy. My recommendation is to avoid this seller. They sell crap and don't back up their products."

The gift arrived, but when my husband opened it, it was not the appropriate size (it was a rifle handguard - the handguard was too large for the rifle). The product was apparently too large, so we did not open the full package or unwrap the handguard. I emailed customer service requesting a return authorization, but was told I was outside of the 30 day return policy and that a return would not be accepted. Generally, companies understand with shipping time and gift giving season that a longer return period is normal during the season. NOT THIS COMPANY.
