"The delivery man dropped the units on their side as he was lowering the pallet to the ground . He stated that this has never happened before to him . I opened the boxes today and noticed a dent in the corner of the boiler . It will be about a month before it is installed so do not know as of yet wether any damage occured to the unit itself . I was hoping with something so costly that your delivery persons would be more careful with my merchendise . "
