"I'm deeply disappointed in the ordering process & customer service. I ordered 2 meds about 10 days ago. The vet was contacted to approve the meds right away, so I thought everything was a go. I received a notice indicating the next step was shipping with an estimated shipping date of 5/7/12. A wk later I find on-line that the order ispending. I emailed to find out that both meds are on back order from the manufacturer. I was told I was sent an email on this & that there was a notice on the website of this issue. Neither of those things was true- I can go on-line right now & order the meds with no back-order notice. When I replied to the email, I& asked for confirmation that the meds were not available & received no response. I finally called & cancelled the order. You can't beat the price, IF you can get what you order."
"This has been the most exasperating and frustrating experience. My vet contends they have faxed out a prescription form 3 times. Allivet says they have never gotten it. I had to keep on top of it - was never notified that confirmation was pending. This has been going on since 3/18 and today is 4/5. I'm on the phone right now still trying to get this mess settled.
Also, I had muliple presriptions from different vet practices and Allivet had originally sent rx forms to the wrong vets, despite my instructions in the online order.
I've had good experiences before with Allivet, but this one was just horrible. I spent far too much time on the phone for a simple order."
