"Bad an ugly experience. Their website showed the best price. I did the order and they never shipped my order. I send e-mail claiming 7 days after placing the order, then they request to call back them, I did and they promised to ship same day, they charge my credit card I wait 4 days after and product was not shipped yet. I called again and I have to cancel the order they have not shipped. No communication at all during the process. I am waiting for my refund. I hope they do faster than never shipping procedure, if not I will have to request a chargeback to my bank. I hope do not find suppliers like this in the future. Ugly experience"
"Like others have said they called me to "get credit card info" and tried to up sell me on accessories. I refused them and the order was processed. They also never sent me a tracking number. On the bright side I got my camera within the 7-10 days they quoted. they also didn't add "surprise" shipping insurance, like others have mentioned. The package arrived it was a new camera in the box for a very very low price! Over all my experience wasn't as bad as others have posed. It did feel "shady" but it all worked out in the end."
"Classical scam/ripoff scheme. They are listed with the best price in google product search, so I decided to try them. Ordered on Tuesday. Got a call on Friday the same week. First, they told me my credit card verification code is missing (I am sure I provided it on the web site). Turns out that was just a reason to hand me over to the "scam" department, where I was asked:a. Whether I was in need of a memory card.b. Whether I was in need of a camera bag.c. Whether I want to buy $15 shipping insurance. After rejecting all offers, they insisted the insurance is a must. I told them it it's required it should have been added to the total price to start with. They backed off and said: "We are going to make an exception just for you as we want happy customers". Yeah, right... I sensed something fishy and called them first thing on Monday to check the status of my order and sure enough, after waiting for 10 minutes I got appologies that they somehow "ran out of stock"... Too bad I did not check their reviews before. That could save me a week of my time."

"These people are freaking idiots and I suggest you never order from them! I'm a professional photographer and I needed a lens for a shoot, which i ordered from them because it was cheaper than amazon or B&H. That was a big mistake , not only did i get charged out the a** for shipping and insurance ($200) but they never shipped the lens ! When i called i was consistently put on hold and not given a reason why it didn't ship. When i asked how they were going to remedy the problem they gave me a $20 filter LOL ! for a $1600 order haha so freaking stupid i can't even describe. So not only did they piss off a potentially good client ( I spend over $20,000 a year in equipment you idiots) but now i'm going to tell everyone i can.Hope this helps if you are considering ordering from Alltvmall.com !!"
"The folks at All TV Mall came through on my "hard to find" camcorder order. It took a week or so to work through the details on billing, and then the product shipped and was exactly what I wanted. The extended warranty which they offered was quite reasonably priced. Overall, I am happy! Thank you!"

"Company feels very shady in dealing with them over the phone. before placing my order I asked several questions about their shipping procedures, I was informed that IF I was to pay extra money I could have the product expedited, but if not then it would take 8-15 business days to process and have the order shipped out. His comment stated that they do not like to rush tv orders due to damages. Really? Its a matter of taking an order, processing it, and having a shipping services pick it up. I see no need to procrastinate a paying customers order to force them in to higher paid shipping cost. After doing some research on this company I have found that I am not the first to have this issues, and I WILL NOT be the last.It seems that all there positive reviews were written by the company that is getting reviewed, so I wouldn't trust any of their positive reviews.I do not recommend this company to anybody.I deal with Online businesses on a DAILY basis. I am not an average online consumer. "
"DON'T BUY FROM ALL TV MALL. They did the same thing to me regarding the insurance that others reported. I ordered a Panasonic TV for $1799. After 3 days of waiting for my order to be shipped I called to check on the status of my order. Then Alan tried to sell me a mounting kit and an extended warranty, all of which I turned down. He then informed me that insurance on the shipping would be $370. I said I would decline the insurance and he said that was not an option. Insurance was required and this was the final price. That's over 20% added. I read the policy and it clearly states that there would no charge for freight insurance. I cancelled my order. Don't buy from these guys. They are rip off artists."
"I'll confirm what other posters stated: Don't do business with this company. They're deceitful and not to be trusted. I had the same experience as these others. Here's some of what I wrote them. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get a reply. "I purchased a 60" TV on December 27. Yesterday I spoke to someone there who told me that I was required to pay for shipping insurance to get the TV shipped. I asked whether the shipping insurance was mentioned or included anywhere during the purchase process. Initially he told me that "it was there". After I pressed him, he changed his answer to "It's on the All TV Mall web site”, and told me to go look for it.Well, I looked for it, and IT'S NOT ON THE WEBSITE.I also looked for ratings of your company, and found that other people have experienced this same problem with your company's fundamental honesty."It’s clear that All TV Mall is trying to squeeze a bit more profit out of my TV purchase. It’s also clear that my purchase – a LEGAL CONTRACT – was for ONLY $1,789.00.
