"I was less than thrilled about the condition in which most of my order arrived. About 80% of my order was potent with the stench of gasoline. Most distressing about this situatio was that a file set I purchased was STILL wet with Gasoline inside the plastic carrying pouch they came in. After a few days of 'airing out' the sensitive componets I did not want to wash the stench was gone. My initial assumption was that the package handler, (UPS Ground) was to blame. On further investigation of the actual packing carton I found no evidence or smell of gasoline either on the package or inside of it, the gasoline was limited to the large plastic bag in which the various componets of my order was placed in. I contacted All Electronics Corp to inform them as to the nature in which my order arrived and to ask how such a thing could happen and go unnoticed on their end. Their response was simple, they assumed it happened in transit (perhaps to their warehouse) and would refund my order if I wanted to send it back. I did not want to repack my order and send it pack, pay for shipping or wait for them to receive it and or resend my order OR go find my items elsewhere. I decided when my order arrived that everything seemed O.K., despite the stench and would rather keep it than return it. I like the selection they have and the prices they have but I will NOT be buying anything with them I cannot find elsewhere for the same price, or even slightly more than their price."

"If I could give All Electronics a 12 on a scale of 10 I would do it gladly! I ordered a DVI cable and it was shipped to an old address on record. I called, informed them of the mistake, received an apology and a reshipment of the item.
I was completely happy with how it was handled, having many great experiences and deals with the interesting things these folks carry...and at prices a poor geekette can afford. Carbon steel drills that will fit a Dremel for a dollar???
I'm sitting here stunned. I have an envelope in my hand with a letter of apology for the mix-up, and a credit on my Visa for the price of the item! I didn't ask for it, Christine Jackson, All Electronics Customer Service, took it on herself to see that a customer was not only satisfied, but DELIGHTED!
This is so rare these days, when most companies try to get by with the least service that will bring them the most profit (UPS is a great example of once great customer service that went down as their profitability climbed...but that's temporary).

I placed around 15 orders with the total value exceeding $1000. I must say I have been happy 99% of the time. They have a fantastic return service (not that I had to use, but it gives confidence), fair shipping charge, very fast processing times, FANTASTIC customer service, great inventory for fair prices, etc
I would like to talk about two things that impressed me more than others.
They have an excellent customer service. One time they actually called my home to inform one of the items was sold out and asked me what to do with the shipment. If I want to hold it, or cancel my order, or a replacement will be fine. Wow!! Who does that? Not an e-mail, not a hidden message somewhere at my account, actual phone call with a person - not a machine - at the other hand. The item was not important to me, so I told them ship the rest of my order anyway.
The other thing is item descriptions and pictures. They literally write anything to know about an item. If they didn't know something specific that might effect the item, they also write it down. (the company is a surplus outlet and they are not always in touch with the manufacturers or distributers, so it is ok not to know every little detail). With the good quality pictures and description with necessay details, it is really hard for the things go wrong.
I say, buy with confidence. I am sure they won't let anybody down."
"Great site, especially for overclockers, I was able to get a 120mm fan pushing 130cfm for only $5.00ea! Shipping isn't too great, but for $6.00 to get from California to PA in 6 days isn't too bad. Not to mention everything was in stock and on its way in about 5 hours."
"I bought Panaflo L1A low noise fans for $4.50 each from allelectronics.com and they shipped the next day and the fans came in good condition. They had the lowest price I could find. They send update e-mails with tracking number. Recommended!!!"
