I will say that my order was incorrectly placed by me online (I meant to get the special size cells for battery packs in power tools, but I incorrectly selected the standard size cells). I had these cells for more than 3 weeks before I got around to tinkering with my pack. I hot glued them and then soldered all together. However, the cells would not fit back in my pack and it was then that I realized I had the wrong cells.<br><br>All-battery has a return policy that really killed any chance of a return. I had modified the batteries by soldering on them and I had them for well past the return policy deadline. At first, they refused a return, but then their customer service manager agreed to eat the cost and replaced them all free of charge, including shipping.<br><br>Needless to say, I am very happy with them.
