"Absolutely unbelievable!! Bill themselves as a big company that ships internationally, instead they're a broom-closet operation not even licensed in all US states! The only customer service employee they seem to have is belligerent & combative and insisted that their lack of licenses in MULTIPLE STATES wasn't their fault, it was the fault of the states' for failing to give it to them, not knowing they weren't licensed in my state was my fault, etc. - everything was someone else's fault."
