"They are thieves.Ordered 9 posters for $163 us and they tried to charge $265 postage US to Australia of one tube.When I pointed out that their own site states postage at $28 for the order and 99cents per poster the dropped the cost by 30% then I persisted and they dropped the postage to 50% of the original postage cost which was still three times their own postage policy.I cancelled the order after realising that they were also charging Australian customers !0% more than US customers.They generally ignore email and when they do reply its robotic generated so it doesnt reflect the question/issue.Also they invest a fortune into fake posts as to how good their service is allegedly.Also they obscure complaints by drowning the complints out with their own ad.For example if a complainant posts that they are frauds they flood the search engine results with postings advertising and promoting posters with the topic 'fraud'.They are experts at dishonesty and deception."

"I found these reviews about ten minutes after I ordered and paid for a print. I was annoyed that I had not checked their reputation before I submitted my order, and given the overwhelming negative comments here, I thought I had probably blown the AUD75.00 I had spent.
But just over two weeks later my print arrived in perfect condition, safe and snug in a triangular tube. The quality was better than I had hoped for, and it is now framed and takes pride of place in my living room.
I ignored the dodgy offers for free postage. That was indeed off putting, and if AllPosters wants to be taken seriously it should stop providing links to a business that just screams "scam"."
"100% bad service. They should be ashamed of themselves. Placed order 11th March 2013, advised that delivery will be 26th to 28th March. Got email on 27th March saying that there will be a delay (no idea of when the revised delivery would take place, though!). Spent time on the phone to them to try and resolve - eventually they came back to say that my order would need to be restarted (no reason given as to why) and this would result in a revised expected delivery date of 18th April. I cancelled my order as I'm not prepared to waste any more of my time with such an appalling Internet company."

"I shouldve read these reviews before i ordered from allposters.com.au (yes au, which I stupidly thought was in Australia)26.2.13, 3-5 days for delivery. Im waiting. Sent an email asking where it was. No reply. Sent another email and this one wasn't as nice as the first one. Thought they've got $179 out of me. Received email with an apology saying it had been shipped an it will arrive 27.3.13. Let me just say I will give them benefit of the doubt but I'm still doubtful il see my order. Wendy, Australia"
"Allposters.com had the t-shirt my dad wanted for a good price, and delivered it in good condition and on time, with free delivery. However, the time between ordering and delivery was a less desirable experience. After placing the order, the user is taken through a series of advertisements and offers, and it is unclear when the purchase is complete. The website is also unclear about the shipping process. I received an email on the day I placed the order that the item had shipped. Between Dec 8th (when it shipped) and Dec 17th (when it arrived) the only tracking information that I could access was that it had shipped."
"I made an order on 06/01/2005 consisting of 4 items, two posters and two magnets. I received notification the next day that one of the posters was shipped out. I found this a little strange as I made sure when I ordered that nothing had a waiting status of more than a day or two. But stuff like that happens and thankfully the first poster arrived in great condition very soon after (3-4 days). Now, on 06/13/2005 (2 weeks later) I still had not heard anything from them about the other 3 products. Then I receive notification that they shipped the other items. There is a tracking number on the web site, but it meant nothing because I couldn't look it up anywhere. So I decide to write them on 6/21/2005 regarding the processing time. The following night I receive an e-mail stating the one of the items I ordered was a "Special Order" (NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE). They also reply with: "Your order was shipped on 6/13/05, via a method that does not include a tracking option. Orders shipped via standard delivery can take up to 10 business days to arrive at their destination."
It is now 06/27/2005 - still nothing.. Plain and simple.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!! They should be ashamed!"
"Ordered 2 posters. Shipped right away and were packed poorly. The person packing it shoved bubble wrap in the bottom of the tube and then shoved to posters in. This damaged the edges of both posters. I called Allposters and they said that they would ship replacements the next day. I get an e-mail the next day stating that they are now backordered for 2-3 weeks. Very dissapointed here.
5/9/05: Finally got those posters in and they were damaged just like the first set. They are sending a 3rd set. Asked to talk to manager. Was told a Mgr would call me. So far no call.
5/11/05: 3rd set came in even worse. Not only were the edges shredded but there is a big crease right in the middle of both. Overnighting a 4th set today. Again, asked to talk to Mgr. Was told mgr would call. No call from any mgr.
5/12/05: Asked again to talk to mgr. Was told mgr would call. Manager still has not called.
5/13/05: 4th set didn't go out overnight. I was told by 2 different CSR's I'd have them today. Didn't get them and called to discover they went out today. Seems they need a definition of "overnight" given to them. Again asked to speak to manager. and still NO calls from any manager.
5/16/05: received the 4th set even worse than the last. I've had it. I'll go elsewhere for them.
I will NEVER do business with this joke of a company again! They cannot pack the posters properly so that they aren't damaged and managers do not return calls or e-mails."

"Ordered five posters from them. Received my order in a week in very thick tubing. Will definitely get posters from them next time I want some. Great prices too. "
"Fairly straightforward buying process. There was some confusion over my dorm address, but they quickly contacted me and were friendly about changing the shipping address. Three of four posters arrived in a timely fashion. The fourth was, unfortunately, out of stock. Within three weeks of placing my order they shipped it as well, though, at no additional cost. I am very pleased with the poster quality."

"Allposters.com gave me no trouble, including a USPS bent poster, which they quickly re-shipped with DHL Express... impressive. However, I did notice the popup thing mentioned by a previous poster, so I'm slightly wary, and will be checking my CC statement.
Shipped in three different packages, but all were recieved in a timely fashion, so no complaints there. Posters were small, so no comment on larger poster shipments."

I ordered a Legolas poster from The Lord of the Rings movies and a Jet Li poster that I had never seen on any other site. They were both relatively cheap (under 5-7 dollars) and the shipping was reasonable and quick as well.
