"Buyer beware. It takes a long time for orders to be delivered to Australia. I ordered a $420 poster (very large) and was sent a very small poster (about A4 size). I emailed them and was then told the correct size would be sent. The replacement poster was the correct size but the tube was crushed (as were parts of the poster) and there were flaws in the printing. This is $420 poster so my expectations are that it is perfect. After weeks of emailing on a second daily basis - and no response. Absolutely no response. I am now talking to my bank to find out if I can reverse the transaction through my credit card. CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS HIT AND MISS. The funny thing is they keep on sending me marketing material with huge discounts.........will never buy again and will encourage others to also be wary of this company."

"They are thieves.Ordered 9 posters for $163 us and they tried to charge $265 postage US to Australia of one tube.When I pointed out that their own site states postage at $28 for the order and 99cents per poster the dropped the cost by 30% then I persisted and they dropped the postage to 50% of the original postage cost which was still three times their own postage policy.I cancelled the order after realising that they were also charging Australian customers !0% more than US customers.They generally ignore email and when they do reply its robotic generated so it doesnt reflect the question/issue.Also they invest a fortune into fake posts as to how good their service is allegedly.Also they obscure complaints by drowning the complints out with their own ad.For example if a complainant posts that they are frauds they flood the search engine results with postings advertising and promoting posters with the topic 'fraud'.They are experts at dishonesty and deception."

"I found these reviews about ten minutes after I ordered and paid for a print. I was annoyed that I had not checked their reputation before I submitted my order, and given the overwhelming negative comments here, I thought I had probably blown the AUD75.00 I had spent.

But just over two weeks later my print arrived in perfect condition, safe and snug in a triangular tube. The quality was better than I had hoped for, and it is now framed and takes pride of place in my living room.

I ignored the dodgy offers for free postage. That was indeed off putting, and if AllPosters wants to be taken seriously it should stop providing links to a business that just screams "scam"."

"100% bad service. They should be ashamed of themselves. Placed order 11th March 2013, advised that delivery will be 26th to 28th March. Got email on 27th March saying that there will be a delay (no idea of when the revised delivery would take place, though!). Spent time on the phone to them to try and resolve - eventually they came back to say that my order would need to be restarted (no reason given as to why) and this would result in a revised expected delivery date of 18th April. I cancelled my order as I'm not prepared to waste any more of my time with such an appalling Internet company."

"I shouldve read these reviews before i ordered from allposters.com.au (yes au, which I stupidly thought was in Australia)26.2.13, 3-5 days for delivery. Im waiting. Sent an email asking where it was. No reply. Sent another email and this one wasn't as nice as the first one. Thought they've got $179 out of me. Received email with an apology saying it had been shipped an it will arrive 27.3.13. Let me just say I will give them benefit of the doubt but I'm still doubtful il see my order. Wendy, Australia"

"I am really glad I read these reviews. I placed an order and should have received it 2 weeks ago. It seems my experience of not getting a response to emails is similar to others, I have sent three so far. At least there seems to be some hope that I may receive my order one day. "

"I read the reviews after I had submitted the order. I am glad I DIDN'T read the reviews before I made the order, because I just received my item and it was well packaged and well printed. Great quality canvas and care. Shipping exceeded my expectations. No complaints. Thanks and will deal with again."

"Worst standup posters ever!!! When I got them in the mail they didn't even look new and when I was putting it up it just started to break and was so not worth 50$ for that never buying from them again!!"

"Horrible service! We now have been told it has shipped on three differnet dates. Still no posters. Said expedited service takes a week. Really? Didn't get by Christmas. Now they say mid January. Originally said they shipped December 12.
They didn't delay taking my money! Never again."

"Allposters.com is very irresponsible with their customers. After placing my order, the site led me to a page to print the receipt. Right below the "print receipt" button is a line titled "Special bonus offer" saying "as an added benefit, you can claim $15 off from today's purchase! Click the button for more details".

Since it's on Allposter website, I assumed this offer is from them, so I joined the program to get the bonus of $15. The program charged me a trial fee but didn't give me the $15 bonus as posted on Allposter Website. When I called Allposter.com to ask about this bonus which was offered on their website, a very rude guy answered the phone. He didn't listen at all. He just wanted to talk over me. He said their website has nothing to do with that offer. He said I have to contact a third party myself. Allposter.com is supposed to provide a secure and trustworthy website for their customers to shop online but they let other third party cheat and rip off their customers. They did nothing to help their customers."

"The poster I ordered arrived damaged, due to poor packaging. I initiated a return process (which was simple enough), but customer service was slow to respond. Even after things got moving along, it was some time before a replacement was processed. And then they sent it via a very slow shipping method. I still haven't received the replacement, even though it's been two weeks since I received the damaged item. Very disappointing!"

"So I too was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews on here but in the end it worked out fine.

Had bought several posters to be shipped to Australia three weeks ago (3/8) with an eta of 10-14 August. I sent them an email a few days ago asking what was happening with the order? At first I was worried because the email had to be redirected or something but the next day (today, the 20th Aug) I received an am email from a customer rep who explained that it may take a while depending on how fast the local post ship it and if it hadn't arrived by the 30th to contact him for a replacement shipment at no cost.

And then later today the package arrived in a large tube, no damage, all good quality.

I think I would of approached it differently if they didn't put my expectations of it arriving within 10 days because at one stage I thought I was scammed out of my money but I needn't of worried. "

"It seems I'm bucking the trend here and giving this business a good report. After reading some posts here I started worrying, but I experienced none of the problems mentioned by other customers. I placed an order for 6 black light posters. The ordering process was easy and glitch free. I received immediate confirmation and the order was shipped out the following day with tracking number. Five days later the posters arrive in a nice sturdy triangular box. The posters were just what I ordered and delivered in pristine condition. I have no complaints with this business. "
