"All4Cellular went above and beyond to resolve an error made on my part. I returned an item to them accidentally. Although they could not find the item in their warehouse, they offered me an in store credit double the amount for what I paid for the item. Their customer service department responded quickly to my emails, and everyone was super friendly and professional. In a time where good customer service is a rarity, All4Cellular rates a 10 out of 10!"

"Worst communication ever...
I order my Toshiba thrive 8 gb. The order went through and they took the money out of my paypal. Two days later, I went on amazon and brought the case and the screen cover.
Three days later, I haven't heard anything regarding to my tracking number. So I emailed, and they explained the item was out of stock without letting me know and will issue me a refunded. (I did get a confirmation email for that for the refund) There is no need for the case and screen cover, so I returned it to amazon with the shipping cost and some restocking fee. two day later, I received the Toshiba tablet. I was like " what the...-___-". AGAIN, WITHOUT any communication, not even one email letting me know that I will receive my item.

The item was defected. there is like a white dot inside the screen (must be by mistke from the tech when replacing the screen." So I want to return it and get my money back. Till now after like a month still waiting for my refund. Every-times, I emailed, another rep say wait for at-least 2 days.

First time buying at this company would be the last time for me. Beware, I think they just showing you the price so they could use your money for investment and respond the item was out of stock"

"I'm happy with the case. It fits tight, so no worry about the Xoom slipping out. Of course the tradeoff is that it's hard to get the tablet out of the case. Perhaps after a few times, it'll get easier.
It came in a bag that indicated it's from Sprint. I've seen the same quality case with Verizon packaging, so this is not an aftermarket, me too case, but one made by a company who needs to maintain a good reputation.
It's hard to tell if it's actually leather short of taking it apart. They make some pretty convincing fake leather nowadays."

"I placed an order for two cell phone batteries at All4Cellular, and for some reason the Post Office failed to deliver it, even though the tracking number indicated it had been delivered.

I called All4Cellular's customer service looking to do no more than re-order the batteries, as it was obvious that filing a complaint with the Post Office would be a futile gesture at best, and they responded by sending me two more batteries at no cost, which was generous when you consider that what happened was not their fault at all.

So not only did I manage to locate a product I was unable to find elsewhere (and at a very reasonable price), they also took pains to make sure I got my order after a delivery problem. SO I want to compliment the All4Cellular team for their outstanding customer service and I am going to recommend them to anyone who needs cell phone accessories!

"I received the product faster than I had expected. It was in good shape when it arrived. The deal was so good that I bought two, one to give to a friend, and still spent less than, if I had bought just one of the same product from someone else. "I received the kindle fire quickly. Just have an issue trying to charge it. When I plug it in, it doesn't always charge. I know the charger is ok because it works fine on my cell phone. Other than that, I am happy with it."

"The product was quick to arrive. Battery didn't work. They sent replacement quickly. Was resolved easily. Battery is the original one that came in the phone unlike other batteries that you don't know who manufactured."
