"Just ordered mine, got the financing papers sent late, so I expect it to take a little longer than the given ship date. I'm sneaking onto the all the sites I work on with my work computer because the mobo on my home computer is toast, so I hope it doesn't take too much longer than the date. So far though all is good and I can't wait for my Alienware system. I should be able to get all my website work done faster, and it won't hurt my CounterStrike Source game either. I'll keep this updated if I can.
2/15/05 - Up to "Phase 3" seems to be moving along fine so far, only reason "Phase 3" took this long is my delay in processing the payment info. Looking forward to my Alienware.
2/16/05 - Hit "Phase 9" today!! 2/17/05 - "Phase 14"!!! SHIPPED!! Once it gets here and I have it all set up I'll finish my review, but so far everything has been great. 9/21/05 - Up and RUNNING!! AMAZING machine, and I have had no issues with it thus far, just got it set up and running. WOW the speed is great, quality is great. Unlike so many others here, I LOVE Alienware thus far. Everything came exactly a I ordered, and the slight (5 day) delay in shipping was MY fault not theirs. I will definitely recommend Alienware to ANYONE in the future. Between 170-200 fps on CS:Source at the highest settings!!"

"This computer is the best computer I have ever owned. It performs flawlessly and never crashes. I will definitely buy my next computers from Alienware. One question I had about its performance on a benchmark test was answered by e-mail and it solved the problem by letting me know there were new drivers available for the video card and new bios available for the chipset. I couldn't be happier."
