"My home alarm system quit working. The monitoring company wanted $550 to replace the system. I found the Alarm System Store had a replacement system for under $60. I called them to confirm that I could swap out the systems and that it would work. They assisted me in ordering the correct parts. The system arrived quickly and I installed it with only one minor problem. A quick call to Alarm System Store and they were able to tell me what I had done wrong. I now have a fully functional alarm system for much less than the monitoring company would have charged. The Alarm System Store has great prices and fast shipping. But the best part is their great customer service."

"Ryan did and excellent job helping me out on getting the right gear for my home alarm system. I had a contractor quote me a rate of over $2K to put in an alarm. When I looked up the part numbers on the quote, I discovered that the alarm was a hybrid (part wired/part wireless) system that cost approximately $800+ in retail parts costs, so the rest was labor. For the amount of time I felt was involved, the quote seemed excessive.

I opted instead to buy direct from the Alarm System Sore. I went with an all wireless system, which was incredibly easy to install. The equipment was DSC and was very easy to install, configure, and use. I actually bought a very comprehensive system that has worked well. Phone and email support has been top notch. I am a satisfied customer."

I was especially impressed with the phone help they provided as i was trying to install my alarm - exceptional commitment to ensuring that everything was done and that i was satisfied.

"I called a couple of local companies in my area attempting to get my existing Ademco alarm system fixed. (We had been having problems with the smoke sensors. One of the sensors was bad and the wiring was daisy chained together, so we could not tell which sensor was causing false alarms.) The local companies were unresponsive. I then called ADT. ADT came to our house and gave us an outrageous estimate. The monitoring was $44.95 per month on a 3 year contract which is outrageous as well... The sales rep at ADT was fairly new and did not know what she was doing. She promised that ADT would take out the old system and replace all of the components with a new system. The installer came out to the house the following Saturday and did not bring the promised equipment. He was told to use the existing equipment that was 14 years old that was malfunctioning! Frustrated at that point, I began to search online and found AlarmSystemStore.com. I called, and told the sales person, Ryan Malanoski, exactly what the problems were. He suggested a new Ademco Vista20P system with individual wireless fire/smoke sensors on seperate zones. Ryan stated that he would program the new system for me for FREE. Actually I was a little skeptical at that point!! When the new system arrived, I labled all of the wiring on my current system, then installed the old wiring into the zone terminals on the new system. I then replaced each "wired" smoke sensor with a "wireless" sensor. It was easy and only took a couple of hours to complete!! I had a couple of questions after the install (just to make sure I was doing it right) and Ryan answered them very quickly! I turned on the system and everything worked correctly!! Big thanks to Ryan Malanoski and AlarmSystemStore.com!! Will definately reccomend!!! "

"I have looked for two months, and had multiple alarm companies quote costs associated to replace 17 windows, 3 doors, and 3 panels.
Let's just say that the worst was adt which quoted me 4300.
I toned down what I thought was required from the adt estimate and purchased everything from alarmsystemstore.
The reason I chose them over other online competitors was due to the reviews of their tech support.
The reviews are right on. Shawn sent mutiple emails to me answering my questions on physical setup and then offered to program system in its entirety when I was all set..
He did.... Amazing...
It would of taken me hours or more to sit and read manuals to figure out how to program old and new alarm parts..
I have and will continue to rec them to ALL others "

"AAA rating!!! AlarmSystemStore provided exceptional service when I inadvertantly provide the wrong shipping address for my order. Shawn, Protech Rep, helped trace my order. I received my order in time to complete a new construction prewire. Shawn has also been a valuable asset helping me put the VISTA 20P, 6160V, 4219, 5881ENL system together. I will not hesitate to purchase from AlarmSystemStore again.

"What a great company! I've had other companies give me a bid that was much higher. When I talked to Shawn, at Ptotech Systems for Alarm System Store, he took his time to explain to me what i needed and that his company would program it for me for $45. Not only did Shawn program it, everyting was labeled telling me which alarm goes where. Installing it was EASY! I make one mistake. I thought I wouldn't need one door alarm, so i took the battery out and put it away-Wrong. The main box kept telling me there was a door alarm not working. So i called Shawn, and within a minute he told me what was wrong. It works perfect now, thanks to Shawn. This was so easy I am going to install a system in my house next.

"I purchased a GE Simon XT Wireless Deluxe system from this store. The order was on my doorstep in 3 days. I had no difficulty installing the system, but encountered a problem trying to program it. Shawn responded to my query immediately and resolved the issue. He also provided some tips for making programming easier. I am completely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. I look forward to dealing with them as I expand my system.
