"I purchased a GE Simon XT Wireless Deluxe system from this store. The order was on my doorstep in 3 days. I had no difficulty installing the system, but encountered a problem trying to program it. Shawn responded to my query immediately and resolved the issue. He also provided some tips for making programming easier. I am completely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. I look forward to dealing with them as I expand my system.

"I recently purchased a DSC Alexor KIT 495-1CP01 wireless alarm system from the Alarm System Store and installed it myself, after having it pre-programed by the Alarm System Store techs,.which I would recommend . I did quite a lot research and reading reviews from many places. I did add a few more sensors and added a extra alarm, as I read a review, that the alarm that comes with the system, doe not seem loud enough. Aside from that , everything seems to be superior as an alarm system. I did have some programing issues which was corrected with very prompt, and adequate help from tech support, namely, Shawn and Ryan. The reviews were very helpful, and that is why I”m also writing a review. DAJ SARVER,PA

"Fantastic good and professional service at this company in general, even though there was huge transport damage due to really bad treatment from the postal service Alarmsystemsstore fixed it like a glans by sending replacement products. It needs to be said to that the goods although were very good packed.

Excellent feedback, good pricing and good products. "

"My home alarm system quit working. The monitoring company wanted $550 to replace the system. I found the Alarm System Store had a replacement system for under $60. I called them to confirm that I could swap out the systems and that it would work. They assisted me in ordering the correct parts. The system arrived quickly and I installed it with only one minor problem. A quick call to Alarm System Store and they were able to tell me what I had done wrong. I now have a fully functional alarm system for much less than the monitoring company would have charged. The Alarm System Store has great prices and fast shipping. But the best part is their great customer service."

"After dealing with Brinks security for many years and wasting a lot of money I finally decided to buy a new security system from alarmsystemstore.com. What a great choice I made. Shawn did a terrific job with programming my system. I want to give a special shout out to Ryan who helped me with an installation problem, with one phone call Ryan had my system up and running perfectly . I've never had anyone return my emails as quick as Shawn and Ryan. Thank You alarmsystemstore.com!
My new security system installed by myself with the help of alarmsystemstore.com is better than the system I used to have installed by so-called professionals."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. I didn't read reviews before looking for an alarm system (although that would have been a good idea) so contacted several local and on-line stores. The alarmsystemstore.com impressed me the first time I spoke with a rep. They provided honest suggestions, even when it meant talking me down to less expensive components, they're prices are competitive, and they take their time talking to you. You feel like you're talking to a neighbor down the street that you've known for years. To be honest, when I called tech support for a programming question and was asked to leave a number for callback my immediate thought was "great, now that I bought the system I'll never hear back...". Before I could finish the thought I was answering their call, literally within five minutes. The support rep was extremely helpful and patient. Also, I'm very happy with the DSC alarm system. It works exactly as they said it would. I am 100% pleased with the product, the store, and the support. "

"Bought the system to install in our house in the Caribbean. Was a bit disappointed when we installed it and found that the transformer was faulty. Had to bring the part back to Connecticut when we returned home and were wondering how easy (or hard) it would be to get just the transformer replaced so we could ship it back down to the Caribbean. Thankfully, we worked with Shawn and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Shawn was very apologetic about the transformer being bad, especially given our rather unusual circumstances. We had the new part within a week. Thank you Shawn!"

"I recently purchased an alarm system for our new home from your store. I have not even looked at an alarm panel in close to 30 years, so as I began building my cart on-line I realized I needed help. I called your toll free number and spoke to a sales rep who helped me build the right system for our house for much less than I was thinking.

I installed all of the components of the new DSC system and got everything working with exception of three wireless magnets. I called and spoke with Shawn, who was able to tell me what I needed to do to correct the problem. In about 30 seconds of phone time I had the answer.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with AlarmSystemStore.com and Shawn (in particular). I highly recommend them to anyone.
