"I ordered a Lynx Touch panel from these guys. It arrived quickly in about three days. I was able to get it programmed easily because of the simple instructions they included (use their instructions, not Lynx instructions). The next day I had a few questions, they got them answered for me the same day. Also they got my system monitored extremely fast and for a great price. This system was for my home. I will be purchasing three more systems from them, one for my sister, one for my mother, and one for my office. Also, they have very friendly and knowledgeable tech support. Thank you very much John and Ryan, I look forward to doing more business with you in the future."

"I have had no fewer than 7 salesmen in my home. The alarm industry does not do itself any justice with the various sales tactics they use. By the time I was done with my research I knew more about the various alarm systems than the people that were trying to sell to me. What I wanted was a high end unit that was also expandable and could also deploy z wave technology. With AlarmSytemStore.com I was able to meet all of my needs at an affordable price. This company offers the long-term partnership I was looking for in a Home Security and Home Automation supplier. I look forward to working with Jon Boroughs and the team over the next few years as my system support needs evolve. "

"Of all the alarm system businesses I called, including the bigger names - I called quite a few... these guys, or this guy, I think its always John - were most helpful, low pressure and did a good job answering questions. That is why I ordered from them. Also , I think the product they sent was good. DSC equipment basically.
But - the support is entirely lacking. They do not answer the phone over at tech support so you have to leave a message. My calls were returned in a few hours or the next day. Usually after I'd left the house. Then when I called back, same thing.. leave a message. For shame !! Then the first tiem I spoke to someone he was not helpful and not friendly. (Ryan was much better later on when I was brave enough to try again) Nevertheless, a new low in tech support as far as I'm concerned , replacing AT&T.

Luckily , DSC equipment has a lot of good video help to be found on line Youtube etc. Also alarmguy.net is amazingly good with photos and clear consice instructions on all aspects the newbie needs to understand and wire and hookup a security system. Good stuff!

"Great customer service. Ashley assisted me online with choosing what system would best fit my needs (different circumstances). When I got a different system than what I was used to and began to install it, I ran into some issues. I called in for assistance and the tech support team assisted me promptly. I had my alarm installed before you knew it. "

"Fantastic good and professional service at this company in general, even though there was huge transport damage due to really bad treatment from the postal service Alarmsystemsstore fixed it like a glans by sending replacement products. It needs to be said to that the goods although were very good packed.

Excellent feedback, good pricing and good products. "

"Ordered the GE Caddox NX4 alarm system.
The motion detector that came with the system will not work, no matter how you set it up or program it. Also, I ordered an addition siren for outdoors, as the salesman assured, it would work with the alarm system I ordered. Baloney, It does not work with it either, The circuit card does not have enough power to drive it! Thanks untrained saleperson, I specifically asked you if it would work !! So I called "Shawn" At tech for this comapany---and I have a recording where he says he does not know Squat about the GE NX4 alarm System and I should have bought the ADT DSC sytem! Much Better, Are you kidding me? Telling me that after I bought the GE system. What kind of place is this? They would not accept my system back even after They could not tell me how to fix it and also had the nerve to tell I should have bought something else, and never recommended it when I placed my order. This place SUCKS!!! Do not ever Buy from these amatures!!!!! You will be sorry if you do.

"The staff at the Alarmsystemstore is fantastic. I had some trouble with installing the bat and Jon Boroughs walked me through the install and we got it up and running. His customer service is excellent.and is a credit to his organization.

"Jon Boroughs and Andy Bowman did a fantastic job on getting my monitoring setup. It took all of 5 minutes on the phone changing programming in the DSC panel and I was good to go. Great followup with the Insurance Certificate as well.

At this time, I think the service I received from John and Andy was far superior to any local dealer I have dealt with. They answer email promptly and were available for my appoint at the time they said. This was unheard of with my local dealers.

Thanks for all your help and look forward to continued business.
