They sent me a defective product and refuse to send a replacement. I made the purchase on 8\/25\/08 and received the item a few days later -- but it won\u0027t start and is broken. I contacted the manufacturer and they said for the first 30 days the seller is responsible for exchanges and that Alamia.com is not an authorized Hasqvarna retailer. Take my advice and don\u0027t order products from Alamia.com -- they cheat customers!! It is well worth getting a toll-free telephone quote from Alamia for those. Alamia shipped my medium-weight item double boxed. And by FedEx, which seems to have a somewhat better reputation for handling heavier items than UPS. "I recently ordered a new Husqvarna chainsaw with warranty from Alamia. Their site and prices are excellent. It listed as shipped within hours of placing my online order and was delivered within a couple days via Fedex Ground. Extremely fast delivery. The saw was double boxed. The outer box was a brown shipping box with handle holes. It was taped and banded close so the saw arrived in pefect brand new condition. I will definitely purchase from Alamia again."
