"I ordered from this company before reading all the reviews. So I got nervous and emailed about my order. They responded that the item I ordered was on backorder. After that date it was expected to be in, I recieved another email informing me that the date was pushed back another 1-2 weeks. At which time, my item was then shipped. I recieved an email with the tracking information and it was delivered 2 days later. I will say that the delivery was slow (approx 2-3 weeks). But they were responsive to all my inquiries. I do not believe this company to be a fraud or scam, regardless of all the negative comments listed here. Additionally, I put them to the test and ordered something much smaller and trivial, and it arrived approx 5-6 days after I had placed the order. I think this company may be much smaller company than what they appear. But they are reputable. I plan to order again from them."

"I ordered a large product for a V-Day gift. The item was backordered. Customer Service was available and they do reply with Online Chat. When the item was not going to be available in time, I was offered a credit. I chose to wait longer, and then later requested a refund via online chat. This was completed immediately and my card was refunded within 2 days. Though I didn't get my ordered item due to out of stocks from their supplier, they did make it right with me. And refunded my card completely. Thanks, and I would do business with them again."

"I ordered two very expensive TVs and needed them delivered quiclky. After one small snag I recieved the TVs and they were exactly what I ordered. I was able to speak with support when I needed to and they were helpfull."

Here is my experience: Emails are answered using standard text modules, if at all. Phone calls are never picked up. The only 'live service' available is a chat tool with response times of 5 to more than 30 minutes. And, by looking closer, looks suspiciously like an automated system as well. It appears uncapable of reacting to details, just giving out standard statements. Deadlines are completely ignored. All promised shipping dates have proven not true. The security certificate of their website is not valid. The list of offered products of their website appears to be generated automaticly. Lots of items appear several times at different prices with different descriptions. "

"I made three phone calls, no answers; I wrote four emails, no replies. I authorized $12 on my card, I was billed $52. I had to lodge a dispute through my card company to get my money back. These guys need to fall off the planet."
