"Hopefully these reviews will save someone the stress and related BS I and others have been through. I placed an order for 2 items on 12/12/08. They charged my credit card on 12/15. On 12/22 I called to find out where my order was. They didn't answer (I later found out the NEVER answer). I contacted them through their online live chat. They assured me it had shipped but couldn't provide with the tracking # "yet". I asked them if it was shipping that day and if so could they ship it overnight or 2nd day so it would arrive by Christmas. They said it had already shipped and should arrive by christmas. I later got the tracking # that showed it had been shipped that day by UPs ground - from California to Ga and would NOT arrive by Christmas. When i finally did get the order on 12/30, half of it was missing. To date, I still have not received a refund for the remaining half of the order nor my remaining item. They routinely disconnect the live feed if you say anything they don't like. Please -do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, away from any dealings with this company or its owners."

"This company is only in the business of fraud. BEWARE of ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS. This company has ONE INTENTION ONLY and that is to steal your money. They WILL rip you off.

The positive reviews written here are planted by the company to make you doubt other people and increase their chances of you giving your money to crooks."

"AisleBuyAisle.com is a scam. They won't answer the phone. I did receieve an email on 12/23/08 that read:
Your order has shipped. Your tracking number will be available within 24 hours

On 1/5/09 I got this:
Thank you for your patience, we have requested the tracking number from our warehouse. Once this is sent over we will update it immediately, and email it over and update your account. We can confirm that your order has shipped just awaiting the tracking information.

Then the live chat person said they are waiting for a tracking number.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS AND LETS SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN!

"My history:
Order was placed February 13.
Payment was withdrawn February 15.
No delivery until today.
No refund of payment upon request 2 weeks ago.

To me the entire company AislebuyAisle looks like fraud. Apparantly this is another Durran Felton business: http://www.alibaba.com/member/us100948690/contactinfo.html

Here is my experience:
Emails are answered using standard text modules, if at all.
Phone calls are never picked up.
The only 'live service' available is a chat tool with response times of 5 to more than 30 minutes.
And, by looking closer, looks suspiciously like an automated system as well. It appears uncapable of reacting to details, just giving out standard statements.
Deadlines are completely ignored.
All promised shipping dates have proven not true.
The security certificate of their website is not valid.
The list of offered products of their website appears to be generated automaticly. Lots of items appear several times at different prices with different descriptions.

"I have placed three orders from this company to have them ship the products to my customers. Now being 12/17/08 orders have been delayed back three times to a later date! I had to have made atleast 50 calls in 1 week with never no live phone response. Ive sent email after email and never no response through that etheir. The recording on the phone number would always say all representives are busy with other customers then would direct you to use live chat support in witch I had little luck chatting with them a few times and them telling me the order is due to ship out this date or that date causeing me to delay and look bad on my website customers. I have been honest with my customers and have decided cause of the long wait to deliver I had to refund them there money cause of the time and trust that I have wasted with this company. My site being www.gamefanfanatic.com wants to stay true to its customers now thanks to this experince with aislebuyaisle.com my site will have 3 negative reviews! To any wholesellers that run a home business @ home STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRADULENTS! THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL DROPSHIP TO YOUR CUSTOMER FOR YOU, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, BREATH, OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE! They will take your customers money and run!"

"I made three phone calls, no answers; I wrote four emails, no replies. I authorized $12 on my card, I was billed $52. I had to lodge a dispute through my card company to get my money back. These guys need to fall off the planet."

"All of the dis-satisfied reviews apply to this review. I have been waiting three weeks for the product and I'm thinking I'll never receive it. If I do I'll write another review but I'm thinking I lost my money. One of life's hard lessons on ordering on-line."

"STAY AWAY - Took order, said they were processing it for 2 weeks, then no reply about inquires for 2 weeks, then another week after requesting refund said they would but money never refunded. Don't bother with them."

"It took them nearly a month to fulfill my order, but it did finally get fulfilled. Seems to me like they're either woefully understaffed, or they don't have anything in stock and have to get it from a supplier before shipping it.
