"This website is an absolute scam. The exact same thing happened to me as stated in Gshack47's post on October 7th. It is impossible to speak with anyone at either this site, or theestore.com (the site they said was processing my order). I am reporting both of these websites as well."
"I ordered a case(360)of pocket tissues. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I started trying to contact them. After 2 days of calling, I never got a live person. I sent numberous emails, faxed a letter, and still got now response. Finally I got a shipping confirmation on 9/24 with a UPS tracking number. When I tracked the shipment, it said the order had been delivered to a porch, at an address in St. Charles, MO. We are a business located in NC. I started trying to get hold of someone again, to no avail. On the 29th, a received a shipment of 72 packs of the pocket tissues (not the 360 I ordered). I finally looked up the web address for the partner company (TheEstore.net) who they said processed my order and started calling them, same response, "all agents are busy assisting other customers, for faster service, please use their live chat". So, I finally got an agent on the live chat, explained my issue. She stated that the order was shipped wrong and that she had placed another order for the remainder of my shipment and that I should get a confirmation within 24 hours. Never happened. Contacted them again, agent said that the order had been shipped on the 29th as stated by the previous agent and that she would contact the supplier and find out why I had not received my confirmation. Another day went by, contacted them again, was told to hold on while they contacted the supplier again, was left waiting for 20 minutes. I kept asking what the hold-up was and eventually, they just stopped responding. Numerous tried after that trying to get a response was ignored. As of today, 10/7 I have yet to receive the remainder of the order or a shipping confirmation. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!! FYI, there is a website where you can report these types of crimes, set up by the federal goverment, called the "Internet Crime Complaint Center" located at http://www.ic3.gov/faq/default.aspx. I have filed a complaint with the IC3 on both companies. "
"I order a product (11 items) and gave my credit card info and got an immediate email that the order had been accepted.
It has now been 7 days and I have heard nothing from them. I have emailed them 4 times and no response.
So far there is no charge on my credit card.
I am about to cancel my credit card because I think they are scam artists.
I have tracked their IP address to 1 N 1 web hosting in Pennsylvania and the address comes back to a Bellevue WA location. When I call the phone number it is all automated and doesn't give the name of the company and instead just repeats the phone number I called."

"AisleBuyAisle (aisle buy aisle) is a scam! They don't have customer service. They don't have any items on sale at all. Their phone number doesn't exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The owner/creator has a history of making websites just like aislebuyaisle.com that claimed to have products for sale when they didn't.
ash2468, ajanibu, indyUSCtrojan, workingmom4 are probably scammers. I mean, look at how their responses are worded. Also, one of them was suspiciously edited right around the time I filed several complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other organizations to directly address the points with which I had qualms.
If you can, you guys should file investigations with BBB and other complaint departments as well! They need their mail, email, and phones FLOODED. They need to be SHUT DOWN."

"It took them nearly a month to fulfill my order, but it did finally get fulfilled. Seems to me like they're either woefully understaffed, or they don't have anything in stock and have to get it from a supplier before shipping it. "
"This company is a fraud and rip-off. You cannot reach them by phone. You will rarely be able to get an e-mail response from them. We ordered six identical items. Three were finally shipped to us, but not after several weeks of almost daily e-mails and chat sessions to them. The remaining three still have not been received, nor will they respond to any inquires from us, nor will they credit our card for the remaining undelivered items. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!! We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to them either. "I ordered a Christmas gift, which never came. I e mailed several times. No response for weeks. Then Christmas past. I tried the customer service number about 100 times, it just keeps hanging up on me. I e mailed, sat online with the online chat feature, and it is now APRIL of 2009 and I do not have a refund, or my product. The e mails go un answered, and I can not get a hold of anyone to talk to. I am out $50...so disappointed. "
"I ordered a large product for a V-Day gift. The item was backordered. Customer Service was available and they do reply with Online Chat. When the item was not going to be available in time, I was offered a credit. I chose to wait longer, and then later requested a refund via online chat. This was completed immediately and my card was refunded within 2 days. Though I didn't get my ordered item due to out of stocks from their supplier, they did make it right with me. And refunded my card completely. Thanks, and I would do business with them again."
