"DISHONEST WEBSITEFRAUDULENT CLAIMSNO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICEI have not even received my package yet, but I would warn anyone away from buying from Airsplat. So far my two emails to customer service have gone unanswered, and my package has not been shipped. They guarantee that your package will be shipped in 24 hours, yet mine was ordered on 11/29/13 and here we are on 10/05/13 and it has still not been turned over to UPS for shipment.My brother just received his order after a similar wait only to find that the gun that they had listed as "In Stock" and "Ships in 24 hours" is actually on back-order and would be shipped at an unspecified future date. This did not stop them from charging his card and shipping him all the accessories that he ordered to go along with the gun he thought he would be receiving. This is a shady way to do business, and I suspect that my order will go the same way. I will post an update if I am wrong about this, but from what I've seen so far, I doubt it.BUYER BEWARE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, I wish I had been."
"I ordered a full mask from Airsplat on sale for 14.99. When I pressed send to order it I realized I had hit 2nd day shipping that cost $20.52. I immediately called the company, after waiting on hold forever I was put through only to be confronted with a ringing phone and no answer. I then went to the website to stop shipment and sent the email with the required info in the heading. Today I see that the item still got shipped 2nd day air and the kicker is that it will not be here until the 3rd day!! I will not do business with this company again. Terrible service(no service at all). "
"I'm writing this review in hopes that I will want to come back and revise it. But as of this writing I have nothing good to say about Airsplat. Nor it's cx service. I placed an order last Friday, the 30th of November from their website. Two guns costing 134.40 with shipping. I emailed them Monday to check on the order status, but got no reply. Even though they state on their website they will reply within 24 hrs. Money taken from my account, yet order status on website not updated to show anything. Tried calling them today, but after being on hold for 20 minutes, got no answer. As I live in Canada being on hold gets expensive. So far a very bad experience with airsoft. Do NOT buy from them."

"I've been an avid airsofter for about five years now and have shopped at numerous locations (Evike, GI, Airsplat, Airsoft Megastore, AEX, etc). I used to shop mainly online until I visited Airsplat's Los Angeles store. My first impression when I walked into the store was a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable people to assist me whenever I had questions. Very opposite to what I've experienced at the Evike Store where you have to take a number in order to get any sort of help. Once I was ready to make the purchase, the Airsplat representative took the time to walk me through additional enhancements that could be made to my gun along with some tips on how to do some basic maintenance and informed me of their included Tune-up and upgrade services. I have to save I was very satisfied not only with the products I purchased but also with all the help while making the purchase. Keep up the good work Airsplat, you've gained a customer for life!"

"I tried to order an airsoft gun from this website in late August but after exchanging around 10 pointless emails and 2 phone calls I finally found out that my order would be arriving in late December! Even though its website said it would be delivered in 1 week! I found this website and company very disappointing and if i had to rate this website out of 100 I would rate it a 3."

"Placed an order and sent them the information for a price match. Didn't hear any thing for a week so I emailed them again. Then I didn't hear anything for a month. So I emailed them again. They told me to resend the information. I did that day. After 2 more weeks I still did not hear anything from them. Then I emailed them again. It has been a week since that email. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN! THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING THEIR POLICIES. THEY LURE YOU IN WITH A "GUARANTEE" AND THEN DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH. "I'm new to airsoft and I decided to walk in after their grand opening in Irwindale and I bought a Double Eagle UMP from them because one of the representatives recommended it saying that he recently bought one for CQB and loved it. So I took it home and played with it and found that I wasn't able to adjust the hopup, or at least it wasn't doing anything as I moved it back and forward, so I went back the next day, which was a Sunday, and they took a look at in the back and fixed it for me in 5 minutes, and even gave me a few bags of BB's and a patch for the trouble."

I have attempted to reach out to the customer in an effort to resolve any concerns that they may have.In attempting to ship the customers order there was an issue with capturing payment. This typically has to do with the customers credit card. We had tried multiple attempts to contact the customer but were unsuccessful in doing so. I have attempted to contact you and left a voicemail on the 27th of September. I would love to speak with you and resolve the situation as fast as we possibly can.As a policy we cannot issue refunds or replacements on items until UPS has completed the claim process. In this particular case UPS filed the claim themselves due to the condition of the package. Items packaged at our facility are packaged tightly, securely and with plenty of tape to ensure product safety. As a courtesy I am willing to speak with the customer to issue a replacement or refund for the item before the UPS claim is completed however the customer has not answered my telephone calls. Once again I sincerely apologize for the condition the item arrived in. I want to assure this customer and all other customers that UPS and Airsplat.com are working together to make sure nothing like this happens again.
