IF paying by check or PayPal, please email us at salesatairsplat.com to place your order and we will provide further details.First agent said they do accept paypal second agent on the phone confirmed they accept paypal then the supervisor emailed me and said they do not accept paypal and offered no alternatives or remedy to correct the issue. in the future make sure your staff provide a consistent experience you may also change the FAQ to reflect your current policy and also change the sales email to not reflect the supervisors name, it caused some unnecessary confusion when the same name in a email said i can use paypal and also the same name say i cannot and have no recollection of my original email...We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Check. IF paying by check or PayPal, please email us at salesatairsplat.com to place your order and we will provide further details.***Update***So after that I remade the transaction with a credit card on 3/30, on 4/6 I became concerned because the order was still processing many of the items were on sale and would likely no longer be available so I called and was told that they needed to verify the billing address since the names were different. Even with email contact to the sales department and the supervisor no one attempted to contact me to rectify this over phone or email until i called in. at this point i was annoyed my experience was not great i told the supervisior sebastian that i was concerned that because the order was delayed 7 days due to there lack of communication that some of my order would be out of stock, Sebastian assured me that it was all available and that there was a battery that was sold out but he would substitute it with another 11.1v . At this point my concerns were cleared by speaking the supervisor and i awaited my package. 4/13/2017 I received my package only to see 4 out of the original 10 items all of which was marked out for being out of stock including the battery the supervisor said he would substitute. My original order was $94 , $25 of that was shipping for 10 items yet I only received 4,at this point airsplat has received its 3rd strike in one single transaction , the credit card still shows the full total of all the items @ $94 I call to see about a refund since at this point airsplat had 7 days to know they sent me a partial shipment but never notified me or indicated any type of refund. The rep I spoke to told me that a number of large business was buying 1000s$ during the sale and likely bought my equipment before it was packaged. i asked why a refund was not placed yet generally takes 2 business days or less to process a credit card refund but here we are on day 7 , he told me it is processing and take up to 2 weeks to reflect the refund... so i asked to clarify how much was going to be refunded to make sure that was at least correct and to insure i was not paying for shipping on the 10 items i did not receive. He told me that there was not a number listed... how do you process a refund but not have a number set of the refund??? anyways i have been playing airsoft for over a decade and have done a majority of my shopping online and have never had this bad of a experience. at that point i asked if airsplat was going to do anything to resolve the issues and he said no the partial refund or store credit was the only option. If you want to shop at a honest retailer that sticks to there word and strives to provide industry leading customer service then please look away airsplat is not for you or really any shopper.. I will be waiting on my refund and will update the review with a date and amount when it is received."
"If i could give these guys less stars i would. A couple of years ago i bought a ump-45 full automatic airsoft gun for roughly 300 dollars from airsplat. Upon receiving it in the mail and setting it up, it immediately broke. I sent it back to airsplat for repairs. Come to find out, the trigger was malfunctioning and they did fix it just fine. However, they decided to break it in a completely different way at the same time. At this point they refused to try and fix it again and would not even give me a refund. Maybe they have more satisfied customers than not, but this P.O.S airsoft gun and my rotten experience from this P.O.S. company definetly left a bad taste in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and buy locally. "
"I ordered TM G17. They ran my card then sent me an email stating they were out of stock. So logging onto there website it still shows it still being in stock. When I called and asked for a refund the girl told me it was going to be 3-4 business days to get my money back. When I asked her why they ran my card even though they were out of stock she hung up on me. I will not order from Airsplat again. And why would I? They knowingly lie about whats in stock and then take your money. "
"This is the worst online purchase I have ever made!!! Do not buy from this company! Sent me a product that did not work when we received it. We had to pay to send it back to exchange it. Then they say that it was our fault so we have to pay to have it fixed. I assure you it was not our fault!!! The airsift gun never worked properly. After arguing for a long time....they said they would refund us for half of what we spent and 2 months later we are still waiting on that refund. This is a horrible company!!!! Do not buy from them!!!"
"(Best customer service and quality) I guess I Should have read between the lines.Episode 1 I purchased a gun but it only worked for two weeks (used only 3 times) it started making noise so I call the store and took a month to get RMA # so they can proceed with my repair. Shipped my gun nice and neat with bubble wrap and I got it back with paper, bbs scattered inside the box the charger was missing and to top it off a BROKEN ejection port cover. called right way and this moron tells me " JUST PUT A TAPE OVER IT"episode 2I WAS disgusted with there service I ended up just driving to this warehouse. After a session of bithing and complaining they just made a repair and sent me a charger the next day. Once I charged my battery I found out that the battery was also broken. I had to drive another hour over there for the 2nd time and complaint Just so they can give me another battery. Used my gun maybe 4 times and the bbs started to jam, upset at this whole situation I demanded a refund the first thing they said " SORRY THE WARRANTIE IS EXPIRE" are you kidding me....I have left numerous voice mail to there manager and not one call back.This company is a joke I would highly recommend doing some research even look this videos on YouTube before purchasing anything there....Henners-airsplat service and crazyncmanairsoft gun-behind airsplat"
"Totally frustrated at this point. Numerous calls on backordered items that simply weren't delivered. YOU need to call and find out why. Then expect empty promises about a future delivery. This has happened to us (3) times in the (4) orders we have placed since October 2014. Backordered, backordered backordered. BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ IN THESE REVIEWS... ADVISE NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ...unless you're feeling lucky that they have it in inventory. THEY ARE SIMPLY OUT OF CONTROL. Most recently returned a defective product and for a new one of the same. They kept me hanging on a replacement delivery and after more than 4 weeks still could not give a delivery date. I wanted my money back on the purchase but they would only issue me a store credit and refused to credit back my purchase. I am currently disputing this issue with them through my credit card company. BEWARE!!"
"The Airsoft gun came on time and the packaging was fine. The gun did not come with the Federal requirement for orange tip to show it was not a real gun. That was right after the policeman shot a young kid holding an Airsoft gun rather like this one. The charging cable that was sent was not made for this gun. When my grandson opened the place the charger plugs in the first time, a piece fell out of the gun and another piece fell out broken. This was his only Christmas and Birthday gift to him from us, his grandparents. Made me cry. When I called Airsplat.com the service person was nice and authorized replacement and emailed me the postage label.. This was a disaster, as far as the gun itself. It arrived early December, but obviously must have been a broken gun that had already been returned"
"Worst customer service ever. They don't communicate well nor do they keep any of the promises they make for issue resolution. After many emails (some unanswered) and multiple fails on their end trying it is now 6 weeks later. They finally send me an RMA that I have to pay for to return after they told me the week before they were sending a prepaid label for all the troubles (after I called because they didn't respond to the emails). I wrote back asking what happened and have gotten no response. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this reseller. I'm hopeful they will resolve this. It isn't worth ordering form them based on the headache of dealing with customer service. I wish I would have researched them first as I see on many forums they are not well received in the airsoft community."
"Worst customer service ever. Their site states average hold time is 2 minutes. I don't know how they calculate averages, but I was on hold for over 20 minutes 3 days straight. Not to mention being on hold for 30+ minutes, then being hung up on. Good luck in trying to return something, they will take their time in sending you a label to send the item back. No problem in charging your card when placing a new order though. Also seems that they sell used guns. Purchased an airsoft rifle, said brand new, but it looked as if it was worked on previously. Only shot around 15 bbs out of the gun, and it broke. Sent it back after a 3 day wait to receive a return label, took about 2 weeks for them to repair it and send it back, and it was discovered that the gearbox was cracked. The day I received the "repaired" gun, it stopped working, this time not even firing any bbs out of the gun. Called customer service, received a questionnaire that I sent back the same day, but no response back. Called them everyday for 4 days, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. FInally was able to get them to send a return label on Wednesday after I insisted they issue a label before I hung up. Customer service rep offered nothing in return for the horrible service. Not recommended. They need to improve their customer service."
"I ordered an NcStar Precision Bipod from AirSplat. I paid AirSplat for an NcStar Bipod. AirSplat sent me notification they were shipping and NcStar Precision Bipod. I opened the box to find some cheap UTG bipod that will not fit my AR15. I have been trying to contact then for two weeks. Should have looked on the internet as there are hundreds of bad reviews. AirSplat is the worst, I will never buy from again."
"Great advertised prices and discounts using codes, but what good is any of that if they will not follow through on your purchases. Airsplat.com cancelled my order without notification or reason. Everything looked to be on track for shipping for 3 days then all of a sudden Airsplat.com order tracking shows order "VOIDED" False advertising if you ask me! "

"DO NOT BUY from these rip off artists. I called today to return a battery, a charger, and to complain I never received one of the items I ordered. I was told I would get refunded from the amount I spent on items, less the sales tax. I said I wanted a refund for the items, including the sales tax. To which their customer service rep replied," We don't refund sales taxes." In other words, they are collecting sales tax for an item they never sold. It's not the money. It's the principle. If someone went to their store to get a refund, they would get a refund including the sales tax. There's nothing on their refund policy online that states we don't refund sales taxes on items returned online. What would the Board of Equalization say about a merchant who collects sales taxes on items they never sold? I wonder. May be I'm calling the wrong place and should just call the Board of Equalization. "
"Don't buy their "Elite Membership". I found out the hard way that the "fine print" is used to their advantage. I like the reviews and the shipping was quick. Their "free shipping" isn't really free. There is still a "handling fee". "
