I purchased a Jing Gong G3-A1 from Airsplat.com along with some other accessories for it. I was pleased with the shopping experience. Airsplat offers the lowest prices of any online store I've dealt with. They also offer free shipping on orders over $150, which is nice because other sites charge around 40 dollars to ship an order that costs that much. They have great product selection and it is easy to find any product they carry because everything is categorized effectively.  
The descriptions for the items could be a little more in-depth. Some only give brief, basic information and when you are trying to comparison shop, it is not always helpful. They product descriptions are generally accurate, but not always detailed.  
Pros:

Very basic product descriptions, if you need more info you have to research the product elsewhere

I would recommend this site because I have never had problems with them, and it is a great store However, if you are considering buying something from them, do it sooner rather than later because they don't tend to keep some things in stock for very long.

I really enjoyed my experience with Airsplat. The order process went through very smoothly. One complaint was a defect in the gun I ordered. It was fixable but it still should not have happened.

Hello, I had a good experience with Airsplat. The transaction was smooth and troulblefree. Their selection was great and the prices are very competitive. The website gave me the imression of being secure and overall I am very happy. I plan on shopping there again.

Great pricing and website easy to navigate. There was a nice review of the gun I was interested in which made it easier to decide which one to buy. They should have a review of all their products like this one.

I bought a jg g36c and a bag of airsoft elite precision .20 gram bbs  
The jg g36c is a solid gun, very little complaints from there and would recommend the jg g36 series to any beginner to semi intermediate airsofters because of how well it works stock. The only problem with it is that it isn't the MOST customizable weapon that you can buy. Unlike the m4a1 there aren't as many pieces to choose from to customize it.  
 
Airsplat's website isn't the cleanest that I have seen. I do like the airsoftgi webpage a lot better. It makes it seem like airsplat is not that good of a place to buy from, but they are in fact alright.  
 
I have heard of the horror stories from airsplat, but I think that most of them were cranky people who got lemons. Airsplat COULD be a little nicer with the customer service from what I have heard, but they would not HAVE to, it would just be an act of kindness. If they did that for every single person that had a problem they probably would not be doing as well as they are now.

I found that AirSplat.com had a great offering of guns and accessories for any level or budget. The site was easy to navigate and offered a wide variety of additional merchandise too! Such as clips, gear, add-ons, and upgrades. Ordering was quick and easy and we were able to track our shipment and it arrived exactly as scheduled. We've already recommended the site to several friends and will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought an Airsoft gun at Airplat.com a couple of months ago and it only took 3 days for the gun to ship. They were really nice when I asked some questions about some guns and seem very friendly. I would give Airsplat.com a 9.5 out of 10 because of the high shipping price, but if you make an order 150$ and up, they give you a coupon you type in called "free shipping" and they give you free UPS ground shipping. As far as I know, they do not have an option to buy extended warranty but I may be wrong. That would be nice if they did because it usually takes 1-2 months for me to figure out that I didn't spend enough money on a gun and that it will break soon. The warranty lasts one month which should be enough for most people. If they did have an option of extended warranty, I would give them a 10 out of 10.

I purchase from airsplat.com because its prices and selection are unbeatable. You wont be dissapointed with their service!

Airsplat has exceded my expectations once again. THey are able to deliever my product just two days after I placed the order. If that is not prompt service I really do not know what is. Anyone who is into airsoft should order from this awesome site.

Airsplat has been really loyal over the years. That is one of the main reasons why i still use that site today. The delivery was quick, and the product was amazing! i would recommend this site to everyone!

I had ordered an Airsoft M4 from this company, i was surprised at the price and I was happy to see that it arrived quickly. But when I opened it I found that the gun was in an obviously USED condition. And even more, the gun would not fire and the selector switch was broken. So I sent it back to be repaired, after a couple of days we called the company to see how the repair was coming along. They told us that they had received the gun but there was no problem with it so they sent it back.  
we received the "repaired" gun a week later. When I opened it I was completely appalled at what I found. The Styrofoam packaging included with the gun was gone, and the battery was missing. So we called them to see if we could get a replacement. I talked to a service rep for three minutes and he accused me of "Over using the gun" even though I had only held the gun for a day. After our three minute conversation, he told me he would have to put me on hold. I waited for three hours, and just gave up on the phone service. I am currently still arguing with Airsplat customer support to have my gun replaced or receive a refund.  
It's been three months since I received my broken gun.

I bought a MP5K from this company. It did not work, they did very little to help. This is one of the worst internet companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They do not talk to you on the phone when you have a problem, they do not stand behind their product. BUYERS BEWARE!  
 

product came non functional in the box only a few shots where fired before the gun failed. i also noticed that the gun they sent me was obviously not new( but they stated it was) because there was a swastika carved on the inside of the magazine housing. after countless days of trying to call the "busy" phone line, and emailing back and forth they said that they would repair it at my expense. when i finally got my gun back it was missing the un-jamming rod and still had the same issue where i only fired a few shots and then it jammed up but the motor wouldnt make any sound. i tried what they told me to do but no effect. I also told them that they forgot to ship the un-jamming rod, and they stated that the gun was not a replacement but the same gun i sent back, repaired. WRONG! the swastika on the magazine housing was no longer there and there was no trace of it being removed. it was obviously a different gun. I asked for a full refund and they refused so i contacted my credit card company and had them deal with it. i sent the gun back and the refused to accept it. but whatever i got my money back thanks to my credit card company. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY TELL PEOPLE TO POST GOOD REVIEWS IF THEY WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
