We have contacted this customer and are currently awaiting a reply.
In this particular instance, unfortunately it seems as though the customer received a defective or non-functioning item. We will attempt to troubleshoot any issue that the item is having to prevent any undue returns. We find that a large majority of all issues are simple adjustments or fixes. We even have a large database of videos that will walk customers through on the most common issues experienced.
If these troubleshooting measures do not work, we of course be more than happy to have any item returned provided that it is still under warranty. Also, we will not provide any troubleshooting that will disqualify a customer from obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or will disqualify a customer from having their warranty honored.”
