"Placed an order on 1/18 (birthday gift). Received the order 1/21 with UPS 3 day Select. Order was adequately packed, considering the contents, and arrived in perfect condition.

I recommend this company. Their web site is clear and easy to use, their prices are low (check out the clearance items), and they obviously care about getting the merchandise to the customer."

"Great product for a very good price. My order was processed and shipped out in less than 24 hours. It arrived neatly packed and in perfect condition. The best thing about their website is they will tell you exactly what you are getting, they will even tell you if a product they have is sub-par, and warn you of it's poor quality. This is also true of the opposite, the product I ordered, was listed as the #1 top seller on their site, and that it was very high quality. I found this information to be true. I would strongly reccomend Airsoft Atlanta to anyone in need of airsoft products and accessories."

"They had a good price on my ICS M4A1 RIS with cheap shipping to boot! I got it a week after I ordered it as they stated in their website (5 buisness days for shipping) cuz I live in southern California. I also ordered a CA33E for a friend and so far its been fine, no problems. Although they did require phone confirmation for the order. It also took them about 32 hours before they sent they sent it to UPS though it didn't matter in the end. I would definitely buy from them again.

My gun broke a few days later but I decided to handle the problem through the distributor rather than the retailer (TeamSD)."

"I ordered quite a few things for my Nephew for Christmas from them. The Biggest problem I have is them not trying to resolve a problem. The gun we ordered did not work. We tried some trouble-shooting ideas but they would not fix the problem. I talked to them about exchanging it for another one but John the customer service manager would not do it. He would not do anything. They say they have a 7 day return policy. I asked to speak to the owner and he said, "Thats not gonna happen." He said there was no manufacture's warranty on there guns and I was out of luck. I will never order from them again. It's bad business to be rude and not stand by your products."

"This store is awful. Their return policy is all sales are final! We ordered a gun online. It came with a battery that did not work. When we took it back to the store, the clerk said the battery would not work and CONNED me into buying another battery that would work. When the gun malfunctioned and we again took it back, they said that the gun was fine and could not help me. I know now why they don't accept returns: with the junk they sell if they did accept returns, they would go out of business. This store is a sad excuse. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back and report this store. Buyers beware, save your money and buy elsewhere because customer service is not Airsoft Atlanta's most remote priority.

"The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I did buy bb's from them once just becuase I was placing an order with them for something else and I needed them, but I don't think I'll do that again. They really do over charge for bb's but I do have to admit their Inertia brand is pretty high grade and never had a jam with them.

Most of my orders from them come within 3 days of placing the order, without requesting the rush delivery.

Overall, they are a good company and will place more orders through them when I need things in a hurry."

"Airsoft Atlanta is awesome the only reson people complain is because they think airsoft guns are cheap and crappy. but really to get a good gun u gotta spend over $100 atleast. but thats everywhere not just aa. ill defeintley go back"

"It was OK, they aren't very friendly, but they sure process their orders quickly. They aren't the cheapest either, but again, they process orders quickly!

If I was not in a rush, I wouldn't buy from them."

"Great store, great prices, speedy processing, friendly service. I see a ton of complaints of broken guns, well that is the manufacturers fault and while yes maybe AA could have helped a little better it's because you bought a shit gun, when you spend under $200 for a gun and it's broken in a week don't wonder why. I have had nothing but great service from Airsoft Atlanta for about 10 years now."
